I would say yes. I’ve had all different kinds of metal in the box for years and none have tarnished.

I have rings from Paparazzi; the bands are on the thicker side and stretchy. Will they fit?

Yes, they should fit. The "slots" are velvety lined and somewhat squashy. I have some thicker-banned rings in mine. It's a nice box for the money. I ordered the first one, liked it a lot, and ordered two more to house my (deceased) mother's vast collection of rings.

Will this hold large or wide rings?

It will, but not very well. After you remove the wide ring the space stays stretched out.
