Discovering the Medium Within: Techniques & Stories from a Professional Psychic Medium

This is the best book I've read about developing the gift of mediumship. I could very much relate to the author because I share a similar bond with my Nanny and the ability to communicate with spirit. I also happen to have an alpha guide named Odessa. Very uncanny. I think it was my guide who prompted me to order this book.Everything is described in an easy to understand and straight forward manner with excellent examples. I especially enjoyed the charka meditation and plan to implement into my usual balancing and cleansing meditation.

If I hadn't started reading the book late at night, I would have finished it in a day. The author captures your full attention and is able to suck you in and experience the journey along with her. It is a story about an ordinary girl with an extraordinary gift which leaves you wanting more. Born with the ability to see and communicate with spirits, the author goes back in time to tell the story of her self discovery and journey to become the medium healer she is today. With moments of fear, death, laughter and humor, you are transported into a fascinating world beyond ours, one that was seemingly unknown, but now penetrable . At the end of the book, the reader is given methods to develop their own innate abilities to connect with the inner self and loved owns that have passed. Overall, a feel-good book that leaves you with a new sense of hope and enlightenment. I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

This books has answered so many question. Even if you’re not a medium, I highly recommend you read it, as it gives insight to loved ones who have crossed over, or who are having trouble crossing over.

Loved it! So glad she had psychic children, which helped her accept and embrace her abilities as the awesome gift from God that they are, so she could nourish and support her children's gifts! There is a quote from Marianne Williamson about nobody winning when we play small. I'm so glad you no longer feel the need to hide your talent or your children's talents just to fit in and be accepted. You are helping it be acceptable for all. What a strong woman! Shine and be who you are! And wow, what a wonderfully supportive husband!

A wonderfully written journey of discovery. The author shares her many experiences of finding her place in the healing arts and invites us all to join in to find our own place. The exercises are simple but effective and fun. Anysia has a beautiful gift not only of healing but of sharing as well. She is an authentic medium.

This book was an easy read that traces Anysia Kiel's journey of discovering her gift for Mediumship to using it to help others. The fact that both of her kids have the same gifts spurred Kiel into high gear to make sense out of it & to set boundaries with it. There are some simple exercises at the end that can be very helpful in tuning in the psychic senses we all have. Thanks for sharing your story!Bonnie J.

Great book! Explains a lot of what I'm experiencing and how to deal with it.

excellent audio book. Clearly spoken with clarity especially for the few repeats. It is helpful later on when listening to the meditation practices. I like those aspects as well the journeys, the author went on.
