Installation only took a few minutes, and I like that it can either be wall-mounted or placed on a shelf depending on the room setup. I ordered this item one day and it arrived at my home the next day. This was a replacement model for an existing alarm / detector that I had purchased some years back but was now out of date. I put new batteries into the alarm / detector and fitted it onto the same area where the old and out of date detector had been fitted. The new one is now carrying out its job quite successfully and the old alarm / detector has been properly recycled via my local authority's recycling depot.

Good battery life and easy to install.

It works as intended, small and easy to mount, tested it and it sounded a really loud beep, which is what you want in an emergency. Straight forward interface and small enough that it goes unnoticed. Hally that it comes with 2 duracell batteries included.
