Although pricey, I’m pleased with this gripping ruler. I’m using this during the 2020 sewing efforts and it’s a great tool to help cut those 9” x 6” pieces evenly. The cardboard sleeve is great for when the ruler isn’t in use - keep it intact! The only issue I have is with the packaging. The cardboard sleeve is secured with a piece of sticky tack that is murder to remove, and if it’s not totally removed it will stick to the fabric and pull it out of line, especially interfacing. So rub, and keep rubbing to get it off. I’m still working at it. I don’t think the sticky tack is necessary because the sleeve holds firmly in place inside the product bag. Otherwise I recommend this ruler!

I am a quilter. I bought the larger ruler, I liked it so well I bought the smaller ruler also. My only suggestion...I think it would be nice to have more needles in between the needles that are already there, so when you are cutting shorter pieces of fabric, you also have needles to hold it in place when it falls between the span of the two needles already there. But that is not a complaint just a suggestion ...I love the rulers. I have ruined fabric before, because the ruler would slide as I was cutting. This ruler stays in place.

This ruler is so much better than I expected. The handle gives you something substantial to hold on to and the pins underneath hold the ruler and fabric in place. Best ruler I have ever used. It improved my rotary cutting skills ten-fold. I highly recommend it to anyone who quilts.

Easy to use, did not move at all! I squared up a quilt with it and I'm so pleased with the results. Just don't use it on vinyl or anything that you wouldn't use pins on.

It was to make flowers for a cake and they do not look like flowers look horrible

Ruler really works. It doesn't slip or slide. The downside is the price I think it's rather pricey, but that's my opinion.
