We installed 2 sets of this faucet in the kids bath and we love it. The faucet and lever are made of heavy metal and they are virtually indestructible... the installation was easy. The fact that it is a lever, makes turning it on & off easy (especially for the kids). Excellent choice for a modern, clean look.

Similar experience with other customers. Hansgrohe bathroom facet disappointing. Handles stopped turning smoothly and cartridges started getting ‘sticky. Now, handles and cartridges won’t even turn. What is even more disappointing is that it is impossible to get the facet handles now off in order to get a replacement kit, and I live in area that does not have hard water. . Thus, The handles are installed by tightening an flat metal stainless steel cover, but must be corroded internally so badly that won’t unscrew. Had to cut them out with a sawzall. NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE if can't replace the internal water mechanism.

I was initially very frustrated with this faucet. When first installed, it kept leaking and the faucet part would wobble and come off after a few weeks. I ended up calling Hansgrohe and their customer service was actually very helpful. Their first suggestion didn't really work (they wanted us to seat the faucet and then tighten from below -- sorry I don't have the right terminology but I didn't do the install). But then they thought maybe the o-ring was the problem and sent two new o-rings and a new seating screw at no cost.Now the faucet looks and works beautifully and there's no wobbling. I'm happy now, though I was pretty frustrated at the beginning as my installer made many troubleshooting attempts and then we had to call Hansgrohe twice. My advice is to call Hansgrohe first if anything goes wrong -- they'll help you out. And I think my unit definitely had a defective o-ring, but the seating screw being stripped was our fault.

Bought this to match 20 year old Hans Grohe faucets in the main bathroom of our new to us condo. Unfortunately it came with two cold faucets - but Hans Grohe service sent a replacement hot faucet within a week. The action is great. The downspout is very close to the back of our countertop - so the drain lever had to be mounted on a twist to fit. But it still looks and works well. Make sure you have clearance - although we would still buy it if we had to do over.

This faucet is one big design failure. The handles are too pointy, for one. Worse, there are way too many moving parts. Too many threaded connections that are simply not necessary. Does not age well. I had to angle-grind the handles off (!) because the base threads were blocked up after less than two years of use. Handles no longer turned. The two base rings no longer screwed off, and did not offer have any surface for a wrench or pliers. Just ask a professional. Way too complex and over-engineered. I wasted $500 on two of these crappy items. Stay away.

Very stylish and functional. Not the easiest to install. Love the height and the angle of water. Great airation as well - very little splashing.

This is a great looking faucet and works well enough. Once in a while it seems when I turn it off there is always a few drips that continue ..eventually stops and doesn't seem like a big enough deal to be concerned with. The installer plumber couldnt figure out why it happened but said it had to be something in the faucet.

Product is fine but very annoyed with shipping. Brought with 2 day shipping took well over 2 weeks and they continued to market 2 day shipping to others.If you have no faucet and you need to replace paying for a top line product to get asap then needing to wait so long to wash your hands is annoying
