Value for money
Virtually indistinguishable from a brand new item. Came with a fresh Windows install, which was easy to set up. The processor speed is a little slower than I was expecting but for the price of this Notebook I don't feel that should deter anyone. Memory is a bit on the short side, 32gb should be fine for most browsing use, but fortunately it is expandable with a Micro SD card. It's very slim and light, so carrying it around should pose no problems. There are two full sized USB ports, so connectivity is covered, the Mini HDMI port allows for connection to a TV set and the audio quality from the inbuilt speaker is sufficient, if not a bit tinny. Having said that, there is a headphone jack and with the HDMI and USB ports, connecting to a sound system is possible.All in all a value for money Notebook, but don't expect fabulous performance at this price.

Refurbished Laptop Purchased for home schooling
Does what it says on the tin, excellent condition for a refurbished laptop. Bought for my son doing homeschooling as we have a mac and wasn't working so well with teams and glow accounts.Easy to set up and get started, son has not complained and is working away on it daily.

An excellent buy on a budget
The laptop arrived next day and was as new but at a much lower price. I bought it for my wife and she can't distinguish it from a new one. In addition it's slim and modern.

Faulty screens
Ordered this laptop, arrived with a faulty screen that would flicker then turn off, Amazon sent a replacement with the exact same issue, possibly a bad batch but I would avoid
