Great jam and pickle jars
Great jars for jams and pickles.I’m writing this in late September, and I’m making green tomato chutney and elderberry jelly from my frozen berries.They look nice and traditional and I know they must be pretty sturdy because I dropped two onto the kitchen floor and they bounced.

Just what I needed
I usually use second hand jars for my jam making, but this seems to have been a good year for fruit and I ran out! These are perfect, and I may need more when my quinces finish ripening ....

Smart but Homely
I love the gingham. Saves cutting out circles of fabric with rubber bands. Looks just as good!

I was desperate for jars to make marmalade and these arrived far quicker than stated so a big bonus...jars are not cheap to buy but these are good value, and have good/nice lids too!

The lids are too weak
The glass is ok,but the lids are too weak. They don't close properly. Maybe 5 lids from 20 are closing,the others are too weak.
