I liked the height of the boot

These boots are great. I'm a size 6.5 and ordered size 6 after trying them in stores. They do run a bit large and I still have a lot of wiggle room even though they are half a size smaller than my other boots. I tried one size down and they were too tight, but if you plan on getting the hunter boot socks then you might actually need them to be a bit roomy! I can't comment on the calf width, as I have slim calves and most boots are too wide for me, these being no exception. I'm happy with my purchase and think it is worth the money as I spend a lot of time outdoors walking my dog.Also, they arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition, as described by the seller.

I loved the boots! As a judge of the Fashion Competition at the Radnor Hunt, I needed a boot that was both functional and fashionable, because rain was in the forecast. I gave yellow Hunter boots but I needed one that was a bit dressier. This black glossy one hit the mark It matched my outfit and handled the muddy grounds like a champ! Thank you!

I bought these rain boots as a gift for my dear friend and she absolutely loved them but unfortunately they were a bit too big. She wears a 5.5 and I bought a size 6. The return was smooth and flawless and we really wanted to purchase these boots again from this particular seller but they did not have size 5 in her desired color which we were hoping would be a better fit. This seller was a true professional and the boots came exactly as described. I would recommend this seller.5 stars!

The media could not be loaded.  These are the real deal. I’m a 7 1/2 in shoes and got a 7 and they for perfectly even with socks. I put them on and tan all over my property with them and they’re super comfy. I recommend buying

I love the look of these. A little narrow in the foot and the plastic isn’t overly comfortable but I still like them a lot.

You can't get more classic than this boot. Glossy, but not in a bad way and they scuff rarely. Have to get used to the buckels, which don't lay flat by design, like you would expect them to. But after a few days wearing they don't look odd to you and you get used ot crossing your legs while wearing.

I have been wanting these boots for ages and finally bought them in Feb 2017. They fit great, look awesome, I was so happy! I wore them maybe 5 times before the weather in CA warmed up. I cleaned them off, stored them in a cool dark spot in my closet and waited for the fall. I pulled them out today (7 months later in Oct 2017) and after having them on for 2 hours, all gloss on the boots is cracking. The boots smell strongly of rubber that has been heated, and any place that the boot bends, the finish crackles. The boots look awful. This is absolutely criminal that, after spending $140, wearing them 6 times, they are ruined. Hunter's warranty is only good for 6 months (provided you purchase directly from them), and Zappos, the third party who sold the boots through Amazon, only will take returns if the item has never been worn and is in the original packaging. So I'm $140 poorer and have a crappy pair of boots to show for it.Save your cash, or, better yet, buy these from a place like Nordstroms, that will replace DEFECTIVE items.

The glossy finish adds a feminine touch that enhances the overall appeal of the boots. As a UK size 4, I found them to be true to size, and the adjustment buckle on the calf ensures a perfect fit. Not only are they stylish, but they are also incredibly comfortable to wear for long periods. The were delivered a beautiful branded box and the delivery was prompt. I wholeheartedly recommend these boots and this brand to anyone in search of quality wellies.

Great boots! Excellent quality...Hunter guarantees their product for 2 years after purchase. NOT a winter boot...regular rubber barn boot. Roomy enough for boot liners to be worn on colder days. I buy HUNTER boots on a regular basis for myself, my daughters & granddaughter. Delivery as expected. Will definitely keep buying!
