Well crafted and paced, great content.
I’ve been ordering books from Amazonfor my sons for five years now and this is the first review I’ve ever left.I’m making the effort to leave a review because the Zues the Mighty series is worth your and your childrens time (for context my sons are 6.5 years old) The books are well written - it is easy for the children to understand without condescending to them. The pacing keeps it moving without rushing the details. There are twists and turns that are foreshadowed while managing to reward the reader when those twists and turns pay off.The content is excellent as well. It has been a great primer on the classics and history for my kids. I’m surprised at how they’ve taken to Greek mythology. They’ve spend the afternoon playing Poseidon and Zues. Yesterday they were Achilles and Hercules. Right now they are playing Zues with their legos.

The 8 year old enjoyed reading this book!
This book turns Classical Greek mythology on its ear and is quite funny. Luckily the 8 year old had already read D'Aulaires' book of Greek Myths and was somewhat familiar with the Greek Gods and Goddesses and their relationships. However, a toilet as Charybdis and the "Golden Fleas" can certainly tickle a young reader's funny bone. Our reader whipped through it in a day.

An amusing adventure with an educational twist.
My wife and I recently picked up this book for our son (he's 7), but everyone in our family ended up giving it a read. We all had a blast with it. Our kid loves cute animals, so he was instantly hooked on Zeus' cast of characters and their many adventures. It's a clever concept that benefits from a good sense of humor. We've already pre-ordered the next book in the series!

Captured my sons imagination
My son was 3 when he first read Zeus Almighty in the back of his magazine. We bought the book and the characters have captured his imagination. It’s pretty hillarious.

8 year old is hooked!
We saw an ad in our Kids Nationals Geographic magazine for this book, and our 8yo son was interested so we ordered it. He loved this book! I liked how it had some pictures but not too many. Plus it was a fun introduction to Greek mythology stories. He read it in a few days. Already preordered the next one!

Fun and imaginative take on Greek Mythology!
At first, I thought the concept of Greek Gods as pet store animals would be too much for my 8-year old, but we’ve had fun reading this together! It’s a great intro to Greek mythology, and we’re definitely on board for more of Zeus’ adventures.

Great chapter book for young listeners
My 5 year old loves this story. I was afraid the Greek mythology may be beyond his age, but we breezed through it. What 5 year old wouldn't like a story about an adventure seeking hamster? Ordering the next book in the series!
