Customer service was brilliant, they messaged me to ask if i minded it in white since stocks were low (i did not) and divulged that i had a difficult time with another company & an order not coming so was just happy to get the phone. Literally the next day the phone came through! Obviously this is likely a one off but i was very impressed! The phone came in perfect working order and as expected, as some others said eu plug but came with an adaptor (and i already had a plug so no drama)10/10 would buy from again

Having had the full range of LG phones I am pretty used to them now. Operationally the phone is fine. It comes with some apps installed and sadly some which cannot be uninstalled. I believe this to be an Italian import given it was set to Italuan when it arrived. It is slightly wider than the G8 but you get used to it very quickly. Screen and camera are fine. One downside is the ringing volume. It seems lower than the G6 even when fully up. Overall a good phone and would recommend but with the above points considered. Finally be careful if you need a case for the G8S as it is NOT the same case as the standard G8 but they are available via Amazon.

I had LG phones for years and this seems to have some settings disabled/hidden. Like the high quality DAC for headphones, I can't find the setting to control that or to change screen resolution. And what in the name of God is TIM? Why does it have this annoying animation come up instead of what just about every LG phone used have, when you turn it on? Not to mention plenty of bloatware was packed in there too. A great phone ruined by poor seller decisions.

Very prompt delivery, beautifully made, easy to use with very good RAM and memory capacity in conjunction with Android 9 is a joy to use! I would thoroughly recommend it!
