I can't get a good night sleep without it
It's really warm and even very sturdy. I even use it during summer.... It feels like a hug when you sleep.

Good blanket
Good weight. It definitely had a smell when it was first opened. Good quality. Would recommend.

Feels good, wrong weight
The blanket itself is very nice and perfect size, however, it states it is 29LB in listing and when weighing it in person it is only 15LB.

Owned for 2 years, first time washing
I've owned this blanket for 2 years now and have used a duvet cover with it. I've never experienced leakage and I find it brings me a lot of comfort at night. I have had to remove the duvet for use during summer, though any temps above 80 I tend to opt for a breathable cooling blanket designed specifically for hot sleeping.I've always been nervous about washing it and after doing some research I have decided to attempt to wash it at the laundromat. Note, the manufacturer does NOT recommend machine washing and there are ways to wash it by hand. You could fill a tub with detergent water & agitate it by stepping on it with your feet. Then, drain the tub and repeat the process with clean water (no detergent) twice. Then you can lay it on a flat surface to dry (do not hang), flipping it over every 30 minutes.I simply do not have a flat surface upon which I can do that, and I'm a little lazy. I went to a laundromat and used an industrial washer designed for blankets, washed it on warm water, light soil level, and delicate/gentle cycle - by itself, no other items. Then I moved it to a large dryer and again set it to delicate cycle for an hour. I was very nervous the entire time, but after 30 minutes in the dryer I checked on it to find that the stitching held up and there were no leaks - also it was well about 90% dry by that point. I do recommend using a duvet cover so that you do not have to wash this blanket very often. I also would never wash this in a home appliance - I'd only ever use an industrial washer & dryer to machine wash this.Overall I love this blanket and think it is a great value. I did have one of the duvet ties rip off, but I was able to sew it back on myself. Never had any issues with the structural stitching which I find impressive.

really comfy
its pretty heavy im thinking i shouldve gotten the 15 lbs but because im 170lbs i ordered the 20 lbs but its very soft and I got some good sleep with it. these are a little smaller than regular blankets for more even weight distribution but it says that in the manual

Warm and comfortable
The WOLF radio morning show was taking about these and the one who had purchased this, loved it. They had people calling in about how they liked it and they were all positive. Matt McAlister, one of the hosts, repeatedly said how he had gotten one recently and he can't stop himself from talking about it and that it is not a sponsored promo and the company has no idea he is even talking about it on air.As I've been having difficulties sleeping for years I decided to try it. Why not? I've tried everything else from a new electronic adjustable frame and mattress, different sheets and blankets, pillows, etc. So I finally purchased this item. It's a beautiful purple and is amazingly snuggly, like a light embrace as you sleep.Normally, I do not at all like heavy blankets, but somehow, this feels different in a good way.I'm pretty sure I can't say enough positive things about it. I do continue to sleep with pillows under my legs from the knees to the feet and I've been sleeping like a log.Highly recommend this product. There is a blanket weight to body weight ratio. I'm 170 and have the 20 pound blanket. Read to see which weight would be best for you.

Nice!!
I’d been looking for a larger (not twin/throw sized) weighted blanket that did not cost a fortune and if possible, a pastel-ish color, not the industrial grey so many weighted blankets seem to be. And I found this. Got the pink. The white furry side is a nice bonus and it is so soft. The pink is a nice pastel hue. And in the week I’ve been sleeping with it, I’ve slept very well. There is truly something very calming about using a weighted blanket. I will say that it’s not truly queen size in that it just fits the top of the mattress, no overhang like a regular blanket, so it might be a bit small for two sleeping under it together.
