Perfect Metal band for the Pebble Watch.
For Pebble: After reading some of the reviews on this item I decided to give it a shot. It's a bit costly, but I wanted something that I could use to replace the standard band on the Pebble. (I hate rubber watch bands) It fit perfectly! I just used the flat head screwdriver on my pocket knife to unhook the stock bands and using the pins that came with this watch slid the band into place. Really easy! I would recommend using the pins that come with this band over the stock Pebble pins as these look a bit more sturdy and hold the band in place slightly better (I think they are thicker). This makes my Pebble look a bit more professional. I have pretty thick wrists so there was no need to adjust really, it fit just right. The adjustment pins on the latch are easily adjusted using a thumbtack. There are 4 settings on the latch for minor length changes. As far as removable links, there are six. Three on each side of the latch. If you haven't removed watch links before, it can be very tricky. If you don't wan't to scratch them up just take it to a watch repair shop or jeweler and have them removed. For those saying it is hard to remove these links, that's cause its suppose to be.The latch is a bit shorter than the latches on my other watches - so its slightly cumbersome getting the watch closed. Just slightly though, nothing annoying or anything like that. The locking mechanism is also very tight. I imagine with wear it will loosen up, but right now I'm having to pry it open with my fingernail. A dual button release would be ideal but oh well.As far as feel, its great. Doesn't pinch and doesn't make any noise. It's exactly what I wanted. Word to seller - if you could cut margin on this item a bit more I bet you'd get way more buyers if this was in the thirties.EDIT: December 26, 2013I have a desk job and I wear my watch on my right hand (my mouse hand). After some time I noticed that on the underside of the band where the latch is - the black has started to rub off. This is most likely in part due to me constantly scrapping the watch on my desk while I use my mouse. Someone else had mentioned that this happened to them. It doesn't really look bad though - adds a bit of character to it. The band color is sort of a black steel color so the silvery gray marks that appear on the underside (palm down) look natural.

Excellent quality black metal watch band
I got a black, plastic-case Casio Data Bank watch that came with a 22 mm plastic strap, with straight (i.e., not curved) ends. The OEM strap was fine but I'm used to metal bands, so I wanted a replacement. It is hard to find a black metal band to fit this kind of watch. After looking all over online, I found this band - with a 2-star review criticizing a "cheap" look and feel. Well, I really wanted to find something, so I took a chance.I don't get the complaint. The band looks exactly the way it's portrayed on the item page. If you like that style of link, great. If it's not your thing, okay - but that doesn't make it "cheap" looking. For me, this is a style that completely suits what I wanted. As for feel, if anything it's heavier and more solid than I expected. The metal will certainly stand up to heavy wear. Nothing cheap here that I can see. Also, it was very easy to adjust the band by removing links. You can find instructional videos easily on the Internet for how to do this. The key is to have the right tools - a very small screwdriver (the kind for eyeglass repairs is perfect) and a needle-nose pliers. I was worried about scratching the black finish, but by taking it slow and with care there was no problem.Bottom line - if you like the pictures, you'll like the watch band.

Great Metal Band for Pebble Watch
I bought this for my Pebble a month or so ago and really like it. The band is much more comfortable and durable (not to mention nicer looking) than the oem silicon band or the cheap leather bands you see floating around. It does use a spacer to fit the 22mm Pebble face but it's hardly noticeable and the band still looks very nice on the watch. My only qualm is that within only about a week the finish on the clasp started waring off at the 2 points where it comes into contact with my desk when I'm typing. The clasp isn't the most visible part of the band and is a much lighter metal than the links, so it's not a significant issue and I'm not at all concerned about the durability of the rest of the band.

It's OK.
When advertised as "18-22mm" what they should say is, "18mm, but if you're willing to see a lot of empty space between the watch and this band it'll fit loosely where a 22mm band would go. It is barely large enough for my wrist, and I have just medium-sized wrists. That said, it arrived without undue delay and the quality seems good. I'll keep it.The guts of the clasp are bright shiny chrome, so be prepared for little flashes of silvery metal coming from the clasp depending on how the watch is turned on your wrist.

Bought for Pebble
I bought this watch band for my Pebble.Pro:Color matches nicely with black Pebble faceCons:VERY hard to remove linksthe clasp does not open easily and I have to really insert my nail and pry it up and it kind of hurtsthe band is 18mm ... a thicker band would look better on the PebbleNeutral:its light. Some people like this and others don't. but it is something you should know going in.

Pebble users beware
I ordered this strap thinking that it would go well with my new pebble watch. I was quite pleased that this was available in a solid black color. However, the product is not worth the price at all.- the build quality is not great, the strap feels quite cheap and light..unlike a metal strap.- the strap that I received was thinner than what I had expected. As if it was meant for a women's watch. The strap is definitely not the same width as the original rubber strap on the pebble.- This strap does not use the regular spring loaded pins to adjust the strap length. it uses some kind of flat rectangular pins which are press fitted. This makes it really difficult to adjust the strap length without scratching the black paint on the strap.I will be sending this strap back.
