Used the fuse tap to add aftermarket daytime running lamps to my vehicle. Didn't want the battery to drain, so used a fuse location that activates only when the car is running. Took out the original fuse, plugged it into the tap, plugged a fuse into the tap for the aftermarket lamps, crimped the connection end to the power wire of the aftermarket lamp and done! A few minutes work and lamps are up/running flawlessly. Quality of this assembly feels/appears very good. Highly recommended product.

I needed a circuit that was hot in the 'Run" and 'Start' position. There was only one fuse in my fuse box that I could use.I put one of these taps into the fuse holder and connected my EFI wire and it worked great. I did not have to cut and splice into any wire.I also used one to tap into my instrument lights so I can hook up the backlighting on my additional gauges.These fuses taps mount at a 90* angle so it can fit into a box that might have a cover. However it does obscure the view of the fuse underneath. The Tap does fit snugly into the original fuse location. I have no fear of it falling out even though the fuse box is over 40 years old.

I was unable to use these but it was my own mistake buying the wrong size fuse taps. I gave y'all a good review anyway because these things look and feel pretty solid and durable

These are the incorrect size. These are full size. Amazon website says they are compatible with my 2003 Toyota which takes mini sizes.

I used these to dodgy up a dashcam installation and look the camera is functioning.Is it functioning correctly? Don't know.Were there hiccups? Yes.Is it user error rather than a bad product? Probably.

I like that they came fast for one but they were the perfect fit for my 1991 jaguar sovereign xj6 they fit right into place and it did not blow any fuses when I put it in and I use it to be able to attach a extra utility port to be able to hook up a rear view mirror camera and now it works good thank you

I’ll be using this product to get power from fuse box under the hood to a SiriusXM tuner instead of using cigarette lighter outlet
