Amazon following through needs to be priority.
Ordered & it didn't work. Something wrong with the voicebox I guess. Anyway was supposed to get a replacement while my returning original was in process, and now I find out I will just be refunded when they receive damaged item . Now my 10 yr. old is VERY disappointed. Refunds are fine, but to offer a replacement then not follow through, it's not good business and especially since we've been avid customers for years.
