There do not like giving a refund
The product is faulty I've contacted them they're sending me the broken part and expect me to fix it myself which I think is on acceptable

Fun and practical
Fantastic value for money, well-made and a very versatile scooter. It is extremely good fun and handles very well. It does take a bit of getting use to due to being very powerful and fast. It's rigid design, brilliant suspension and long lasting battery makes this both fun to ride and practical for your every need. We purchased this scooter due to him having mobility issues and this scooter has enabled him to come with me when we take our two dogs out for a walk. Would definitely recommend to those seeking to purchase an awesome bit of kit for an excellent price. Also, it was delivered a week earlier than expected which was perfect.
