I've been using this product for quite a few years but it is getting hard to find in most stores. I use it to bread meats to fry. It is wonderful for gravies and sauces. It has perfect seasoning for most things (other then baking sweet things).I keep it right by regular flour on the counter top. I actually use it more then flour but I'm not a baker.

Made chicken nuggets in Airfryer ! Yum! Not available in stores in my area !
