I did not expect to have strong feelings about boxer briefs, but apparently this is where adulthood has brought me. These are comfortable, high quality, stretchy without feeling loose, and they stay put instead of spending the day slowly migrating into places they were never intended to go. The fabric feels good, the fit is supportive, and the BallPark Pouch is one of those features that sounds like marketing nonsense until you actually wear them and think, “Oh. They may have had a point here.” They are comfortable enough for all-day wear and, most importantly, I rarely think about them once they are on. That is probably the highest compliment underwear can receive. Expensive? A little. But, oh so worth it.

These SAXX boxer briefs are hands-down the best underwear I’ve ever owned. The pouch design is actually functional—it keeps everything supported and separated so there’s no awkward adjusting throughout the day. They’re soft, breathable, and stay put without riding up, even after a long shift or a workout. I’ve worn them during 12-hour days on my feet, and they still feel fresh and comfortable. The waistband is solid but not too tight, and they hold up great after multiple washes. Bonus points for the stylish prints—you get comfort and a little personality.

In search of the ultimate underwear, I ran an experiment with four different highly rated brands of boxer briefs. The “Ballpark support” is fantastic and I never want to buy another pair without it. Biggest down-side is the cost, but you get what you pay for. Definitely not good for any kind of activity, and I am an active person. I threw these out after 2 uses each. I was suspicious of the relatively high cost and all the hype surrounding the special hammock on these, but having tried them in actually sold. I wasn't looking for hammock wear, but that seems to be the rage right now. Most (all?) the alternatives seem to have true poor ratings for having too small of flaps for the hammock, or have separators for both bits independently that require unnecessary careful feeding of the parts into their separate pockets. But almost every review speaks highly of Saxx. I was thoroughly surprised when I got a pair of these and actually tried them on. Everything really does slide right into place with no special positioning it effort, and the size and angle of the flaps is such that it doesn't cause any chaffing during activity. The material these are made from is softer, and stretchy, and the seams are extremely high quality. They fit my athletic shaped thighs and butt well without shifting around out of position, which is important since the hammock part relies on a small shelf-shape and the side flaps to hold everything together. These don't give any lift to the parts, so they aren't going to get you any strange looks in a locker room, but they also aren't going to be your go to for special bedroom underwear.

Very nicely made, with 2 major reservations: 1 - your boys have to go EXACTLY where they are directed to go. Snug. Not for every body. Especially if they are big boys. But nice enough. Different. Very supportive. Thumbs up. 2 - this underwear just does not fit my butt: I am in great shape, but my glutes are not out of line. However I am having to pull these up throughout the day - they are just not big enough around the glutes. If I had the glutes of a little boy they would probably fit great. Not a great plan for a premium product. They're extremely well made (hence the 3 stars), very nice grippy/stretchy, luxious-feeling fabric, and they have survived 2-3 washes without so much as a thread out of place. Just feels like they should have allowed a little more fabric for most men's butts.

I won't claim that my life completely changed after buying these or something, and it was hard to justify the cost when compared to any other boxer briefs I've ever seen (and since I was perfectly happy with what I already had!).. but these were recommended to me + I was intrigued, and well... Within a day of getting my first couple pair, I ended up buying a few more oh, and within the next week I bought another 7 pairs! Make no mistake, these are not 3-5 times better than rival brands that they outprice by 3-5 times, but they're damn sure nice and I'm really happy I pulled the trigger (and I get the sense these will last far longer than other brands, as well!) My biggest warning is, you shouldn't buy these unless it'll be viable in the nearish-term to replace whatever you previously had! But yeah, if you can justify the cost, these are as comfortable as I think underwear could possibly be!

Saxx is my go-to brand for underwear. The material is breathable, durable, and holds up well over time. The fit is especially great for people with larger thighs & etc. I 100% recommend and would definitely buy again.
