This is NOT a book of mixer recipes. It is just a general, all-inclusive cookbook.When I purchased it, I was under the impression that it was a recipe book for the mixer I had just bought. When I received the book, I was very disappointed. I was hoping that there would be more recipes that used the mixer than just the obvious baked desserts. I was really wanting to make something with the mixer right when I got it, so I figured I would check and see if there was a mashed potato recipe. (There was one in the little booklet that came with the machine, so I thought that the recipe book would utilize the same recipe) The recipe in the book I am writing the review for did not even give directions for using the mixer!I was really hoping for a book more like the one that came with the machine, but more recipes.As a general recipe book, this book is spot on. It has several different detailed categories. It is hard-covered, but ring-bound on the inside. I have many taste of home cookbooks made the same way.

My best friend got a Kitchenaid Mixer for her birthday and I got her this cookbook. She absolutely LOVES this cookbook and I do too! I had a little time to review it before I gave it to her and I was extremely impressed. It has large rings inside. You can move the pages around if you want and it has plastic sheets that you can place over the pages you have open for cooking. The book lays beautifully flat when open. I'm in love with this cookbook and the recipes WITH awesome pictures are especially yummy looking and enticing. I want to cook when I get this book in my hands. That's what a cookbook should be! My best friend was impressed and elated to receive this cookbook. Thank you for making my best friend's birthday even better!!! P.S. You don't need to have a big mixer to use all of the recipes...

I bought a KitchenAid mixer recently so when I saw this cookbook I thought it would give me more ideas for the mixer. BUT I never dreamed it would cover all types of recipes and they sound so delicious. When I received it and opened it up I could hardly put it down. I'm surprised there are more recipes than not that use the mixer. The book includes beautiful color pictures of the dishes, there are lots of information and useful tips. I have many cookbooks and the basics. I am so impressed that I would recommend this to anyone from a novice to an experienced chef. And that it's recipes use common ingredients (so you don't have to buy ingredients that are rare and hardly used), but the combinations are not the same old normal recipes, they sound and the ones I've done are very delicious! If I had to get rid of all my cookbooks except for one, this would be the one I would keep!

A BIG Tank-you to Amazon Books for sending ON TIME as Promised a fabulous book. I am a huge fan of the KitchenAid and have several of their appliances. This book/binder of over 400 recipes is just wonderful. I would recommend this to any KitchenAid/Cooking lover. The book arrived in great condition, although I would like to suggest a little bubble wrap around the book next time, this would protect the corners even more. I would certainly recommend Amazon.com and look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

Lots of great recipes, but the condition of the book was poor. The cover had tears and some of the pages were loose. There were also pages stuck together. It’s almost if the book was previously used but I was under the impression it was in new condition.

My husband treated me to this recipe book for my birthday. Four months later and I am spending a little more time at the gym to offset how much I love using this thing!Very well organized, lays out nicely while in use, the page layout is great, descriptions and information are fantastic, and the food has all been fantastic!!!!!I was a little worried because I am a *bit* particular about my food tastes but this book has served us well for the last four months and counting!

I recently bought my KitchenAid stand mixer, and this cookbook appeared on my Amazon page as something I might like. Flat out, I will say I am not a cook. I love to bake and bake extremely well, but my cooking skills are not on the same level. I loved the images on the cover of this cookbook, and decided to take a chance on it. It's worth it! I found the recipes within to be simple to follow, quick, and gave amazing results! Every recipe I have tried so far has been a huge hit! This is a great cookbook that you'll want to keep around!

The quality is great but the content absolutely useless except the bread section. Like other reviewers I was very disappointed as it is an American book which I would not have ordered had I seen it. There is hardly any information on how to use the Kitchen Aid itself, which I now realise doesn't actually need a special book! Trade in price is only 81p so it will clutter up my bookcase for a while and I will experiment with the breads but not much else and then it will find its way to a charity shop. Don't waste your money unless you are from the States or have an affinity with American food and can access strange ingredients.

American cup sizes. Just a random bunch of recipes with nothing to do with Kitchen Aid other than the picture on the front. If you want some recipes with instructions on using Kitchen Aid tools, this is not it.Not worth the space on my shelf.

As always a good book from kitchenaid, I purchased to go with the kitchenaid itself as a little extra gift for a wedding present and I know my daughter in law has used along with her new machine

It's not really got that many good recipes in and I think more can bedound online or using the app but it gets you started
