Q: Is a 2400 watt Brutus too much for two of these

Yes. I had 2 of those subs, and they worked perfectly fine with a 750.1 kicker amp. Actually cracked my windshield lol.

Q: whats the diffrence from this cvrs & the other black cvrs ?

The comp cvr and cvr are different the cvr is better than the comp
