The media could not be loaded.  In my opinion the magnetic disc located in the center of the folding/spinning ring/stand (picture 1) failed after first use. The adhesive used to attach the magnetic discc (picture 2) wasn’t strong enough to stay attached to the case and the mere strength of the magnetic force of the one located in the stand wouldn’t let the disc go, this was after first time use on the stand. The magnet used for this particular stand is not any different than the ones used in a multitude of different phone holders. Until they resolve this failure, I would not recommend purchasing this. This is not an at home fix it. The product need a redesign for the magnetic disc and how it’s held on the case. This is the cheapest case I could find for this phone but, spend an extra dollar or two to hopefully get a better product. I have not purchased a replacement yet so, no recommendation to give.

The description clearly states: "Come with a Free HD Screen Protector." No screen protector arrived with the case. Flipped the ring up on the back to use it and the ring and circle holding it came off. Cheap plastic blocks on the end of the ring were holding it in and they don't move freely so the back popped off several more times. Prongs holding the circle on the back are too small to adequately hold the cirlce and ring on. At $10 I didn't expect much but this is subpar. I've bought a similar item for this exact phone off Ebay and for the same price it was better quality from the beginning. Returning item the same day it arrives because of poor quality.

I gave this case a 1 because the magnetic piece I had on the back of it broke within a day of using it. Pretty disappointing. I should have returned it but just didnt feel like dealing with it. Also, the kickstand is pretty hard to get out, you could seriously RIP your nail trying to get it open. However, it does protect my phone. Just disappointed because unless i glue it i can't use my magnetic holder in my car so I can see my GPS on my phone.

I bought this case twice, the second time because the first one's flip handle broke after 9 months. I really like the style. The second handle broke off after only a week. I am really disappointed, as it is the one thing that makes the case usable for me; easier to carry and prop up to read or watch you tube. Poor design made with cheap plastic, while the rest of the case keeps it safe from bumps. The plastic of the case is not grippy enough to prop the phone against something and have it stay on it's own. Going to try to add a stick on circle ring.

Bought as a Christmas gift for everyone in the family. Just started using the first one this week with my new phone. The sticker fell off on first hour of use and stuck to the magnet holder. It is advertised as having this metal feature to use with these phone holders. Junk. Do not buy. I bought four of them. Total regret. They don't protect phone well either and lens is too close to edge. You will need to buy a separate screen protector. The one included is a flimsy piece of plastic that is useless.

The color is blistering and starting to look like crackle paint. Everything about the case, the holder ring, the rubber edges are nice but the nice shiny color fades away after a few sanitizing wipes have gone over the back of the case. That is why I only giving 2 stars on the durability.

Within 30 minutes after my daughter put the case on her phone, the pop socket attached to the back of the case broke off. I missed the deadline to return the case, but wish I hadn't. The case itself is durable, but why add a pop socket to it if it isn't going to be as durable as the rest of the case?! Ended up replacing this with another brand
