Perfection marred by advertising
I've had this chair for about 2 weeks, now. I love it. I work from home and sit for 8+ hours/day, and this is the only chair I've gotten up from after that amount of time and had no pain. Wonderful. HOWEVER, it comes with this velour memory foam pillow you can strap around the headrest. This should be the most comfortable thing I've ever laid my head on... but it's not. Why? They have huge, thick embroidering of their company name and logo plastered across the entire pillow. It's like they surfaced a cloud with a rock. The chair, itself, is great, but that pillow is an abomination.

VERY Mixed Feelings!
I bought a Titan II chair for a little more than $400 because of the positive reviews I’d read and because the company described the chair as being constructed with memory foam. Both the seat and the back of the chair feel hard, and I can’t detect any memory foam. In spite of that, I am able to sit comfortably in it for a lengthy period of time (around an hour). It seems to be reasonably well built, although the company cut some corners. The vinyl on top of the arms of the chair does not fully cover the underside of the arms, leaving your fingers to touch rough wood at times. The chair wobbles a little on its base. I’m 5’10; the seat cushion could be a little longer to better support the legs. Unlike my $150 chair from Staples, the Secretlab chair does not tilt forward which would make it more comfortable. One of the photos on the instruction sheet apparently refers to a different model of chair. I pointed this out to the company. They proceeded to go back and forth with me for a month by email. They were convinced that the chair I bought was shipped with the wrong tilting mechanism. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the customer service agent apparently blocked that. They sent me new parts, but the new tilting mechanism is exactly the same as the original. This was a waste of time and effort, largely mine. Other reviews indicate that the company’s customer support is a weak link. What I buy this chair again? Not for more than $350.

Doesn't last
bought a titan a year ago in that time both arm rests are begining to split. The cushion is also very stiff and uncomfortable.
