Super fun, even for adults
Having so much fun with this! I’m 6’1 90kg and its just perfect for me. Speed is more than enough and the battery lasts for quite a bit. It folds up nicely so when i go to the store i just grab this into my hand and go inside. Charger is fast and small so can throw this into your backpack if youre going a bit further. Only downside i see is that the wheels arent very thick so if youre going through a bad road you will feel vibrations even tho it has suspensions. Overall for this price its very fun! Be careful, £300 quid fine if stopped on the roads

Scooter malfunction - all resolved
I ordered the scooter in the beginning of January, used it for a month and the problem started. See video attached. Contacted customer service to understand what was it about and no solution was given as of yet... very poor customer service and the scooter itself was ok until it wasn’t. Very disappointed with the waste of money!EDIT: contacted by costumer service, sent scooter back, and after about 1/2 weeks they returned it to me all in perfect working order, like new. Very happy with it. Thank you

Good but don’t use on wet roads
Over all good for the money. Don’t take out on wet roads however as mine had water seep inside and into some of the electronics which ruined the battery indicator. However really good on the other hand discreet for an escooter which helps if you see police in the UK as you don’t want them to see you and give you six penalty points

Broken after 2 months
Broken spring on rear break. The break hardly gets used as it has an electric break on the front.

The battery doesn’t last enough
It was a really nice product for the first 2 weeks of use. After that, the battery didn’t last for more than 5 km so I’m returning it.One thing I loved about it was the ability to fold it and take it with you wherever you go.Special thanks to Julie, who provided a great customer service.However, I’ll update the review once the return have been closed.

I’m updating the last review of the customer service. Since the posting, Julie has been superb. Really helpful and communication has been brilliant, and she agreed, without fuss to replace it immediately. Can’t say fairer than that.

Really good product
Super quick delivery received about 48 hours after purchase. The scooter itself is basic, but it does all the basic things really well. I've only been using it for two days so far, but I have no complaints.
