Good value for money. Used as a mordant and seems to be fine. No problems, would buy again.

A true miracle saver for fresh cut hydrangeas dip the hydrangea in this and it will stay looking beautiful in that water for at least a week. I don’t know what you would use this spice for, but it works for the hydrangeas.

This is a useful product. It's used for cold sore bumps you get your mouth.

Really helps canker sores, just like Grandma said years ago.

Mixed results using alum for my hydrangeas. I lucked out this year and my hydrangeas have bloomed prolifically. I normally try not to cut them until fall but with heavy rains the massive bushes took some damage and so I decided to enjoy some inside. Way too much wilting going on so I decided to give the alum a go. After waiting four days for this to arrive I recut the stems minimum one inch and then dipped into the powder. So far the results have been mixed but it’s worth the small price and a good item to have in my pantry. I also tried using it as a mouth rinse on a troubled tooth as I read here in the reviews. Tried once so I have no idea if it will help but again, certainly worth a try. Great purchase.

Bought this to dip the ends of some hydrangea flowers after cutting for a bridal bouquet. Seems to work great!

Needed for making pickles crispy

It's not fine powder. I was expecting Powdered form.

Used this to soak new aquarium plants in to get rid of pests, worked like a charm.
