I use Panko bread crumbs for a lot of recipes and Sushi Chef is the best. Delicate, crunchy, flavorful and very versatile. Makes a great stuffing for chicken or turkey, too! Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Ad 1 cup of chicken broth, a tsp poultry seasoning salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil. Remove pan from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups of Panko crumbs more or less. Stir and let rest. Simple. But good.

I have tried many brands and these are exceptional. Once I found them I haven't used any other brand. They aren't always easy to find in my local stores so I am very happy that Amazon carries them. I use them for a crispy coating on fish and chicken fillets.

Prepare many asian food meals and use this product for frying. Simply the best flavor/texture combination. Very pleased with this Panko for many years.

Hands down best panko for crispiness. The are not seasoned so your flavor all depends in your seasoned flour dip before egg wash and the dip in panko.

The only brand worth buying. Nothing added to bulk up the weight & no additives.Whether oven, pan or deep fried, they crisp up wonderfully.
