Great with spinach based salads, I live it with mixed greens, a soft crumbled cheese, think sliced red onions, chopped nuts (I like walnuts), and fresh fruit (berries, apples)

I bought this a few months ago when it was substantially cheaper and now I wish that I had loaded up on several bottles. I opened the bottle tonight to put it on some basic salad from a Japanese restaurant ( a leftover from a relative's sushi feast ha ha ) . The dressing was excellent !! I do prefer it with a little more body , like with some carrot and ginger pulp , but this was very much like the flavor i have had in numerous places in the USA and Japan. I am hoping they have a sale soon :-)

I was trying to somewhat recreate the Fuji Apple salad at Panera's and stumbled upon this dressing. It is much stronger than what I was going for however, I do like the flavor a lot (my Husband not at all), and I add it to my salads along with gorgonzola cheese, dried apples and slivers of red onion. What a great combination of flavor in my opinion.

has more flavor than just regular blue cheese

A while back a restaurant near my sister’s house had a blueberry balsamic dressing that we loved. The restaurant closed so we’ve been missing that salad. I tried this because I hoped it would be as good and it does measure up! I’m so glad I found this.

Much more piquant than most blue cheese dressings which tend to be oilier and blander. Really recommend this dressing.

I don't know what else to say. I discovered this dressing about 5 years ago, and now I don't use any other dressing (except occasionally Brianna's Champagne Caper Dressing). But I use both dressings for the same reason - they have serious, hard core tang. If you are a fan of ranch dressing, this is not the dressing for you. It has serious tang and the acidity beautifully cuts through the creaminess of cheese (if you like cheddar or feta on your salads). A little goes a long way, which is great when I'm dieting because I don't need a lot of dressing to get a big punch of flavour.
