Not as good as the older version
I have owned this brand’s flat iron before, and it lasted for years and worked really well. Based on that positive experience, I decided to buy this one from Amazon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The flat iron feels very lightweight, which makes it seem less sturdy than my previous one. The plates don’t stay firmly together, so they move while I’m styling my hair, making it harder to get good results. If you’re considering buying this flat iron, I recommend thinking twice and comparing it with other options first. Based on my experience, it did not meet my expectations.

Great iron in this price point.
I was looking for a flat iron around $100 and after trying 2 from professional supply houses/I am a hairdresser. I was much happier with this product, feels sturdy responsive sleek and lightweight, easy to handle, it gets hot.

Didn’t last as long as I thought it should have lasted
Loved the iron but it only lasted about 14months! 😩

Nope, don’t get it
Honestly I had high hopes since I bought an iron from this same brand years ago that was awesome but unfortunately broke after 7 great years and looks like they discontinued the one i hadn’t . This one, NOPE! It honestly sucks. Even on the 450 setting it requires multiple passes of same section to semi straighten it and because it doesn’t heat it well it will be frizzy shortly after. I wish I hadn’t thrown the box away or I would have returned it. Maybe a different one would be better from this brand since I know they are capable of making a good iron (my prior one)

Not worth the hype
I’ve been an Amazon customer for over 20 years. This is the first time I’ve taken the time to write a review. So this is significant enough to write about. I’ve had this product all of one month and have used it a dozen times at the most. Just stopped working today. Lights up when plugged in but only for a few seconds then it dies. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Get a Chi.

Not as advertised: not bew
The iron itself seems great. However, it clearly was not new. The interior packaging had been ripped from being opened prior. The cord was stuffed in and there was no cellophane packaging. This clearly is an opened box product, yet it was not advertised as such.

Grate for shorter hairs
It works very well mainly on shorter hair styles but on longer hair it takes longer to work do to how thin the flat iron is. Also you must work thinner strands because the led temperature light will start blinking indicating that the temperature is going down.

The best hair straightener that I’ve ever owned My hair salon has this exact brand and they always make my hair so straight and soft with this so I asked them what is the name of this straightener. It usually take me 2 hours to straight my hair because I have so much long hair with revlon straightener, but with this one it only took me 45 minutes.
