I’ve been taking these for about a week now so I can only comment on how I feel within this 1 week. These pills do a great job in suppressing my appetite; I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t feel hungriness at the usual time everyday. I take the pills exactly as directed on the label and I don’t feel like the pills affect my enjoyment of food, I just don’t feel hungry as often, which helps with the decrease in random snackings lol! I’m happy with these pills so far and most likely will continue to buy them after I finish this bottle!

I know Amazon is absolutely full of fake reviews so I'm always skeptical of products, especially "supplements" like this one, but it's relatively cheap for what I want to do (lose weight by not eating so much, and I work at a gas station so junk food is everywhere around me) so I figured I'll give it a try. Surprisingly, it does suppress appetite pretty well, I take two a day, once before work which is usually an hour after I wake up, and then once again later when I feel hungry.Now that's good and all, but even more worth the money to me personally is the energy it gives. I feel like I'm taking some sort of medication I should've been taking my whole life. I haven't had a craving for energy drinks or canned coffee drinks, and I'd usually have a couple of caffeinated drinks a day just to make myself feel like I wasn't so lethargic. These things give a good boost to energy without feeling a little strung out as constant caffeine can do to you by itself (there is indeed caffeine in these pills). The energy boost, with these factors, is worth the money alone to me, especially considering energy/coffee drinks themselves are pricey. The appetite suppression further saves me money (and sugar/fat intake) so I recommend trying these. Of course as with any drugs/supplements it won't work for everyone but I think it's worth a try

I've only been taking these for about a week. What I was disappointed about when I first got them are the ingredients. How are you supposed to lose any weight by taking something that just has a bunch of "extracts" in it? You can go buy these by themselves if you thought they really worked. I know there is no magic pill, but I was on phen for awhile & though it didn't help me like it did others at least it had something that actually made you not hungry. So far, this has done nothing for me. Just another waste of money in my opinion. I consider this a "placebo" pill. You want to BELIEVE it works, so it does to an extent. But to lose any real weight on these? You have to starve yourself along with it & pretend you're not hungry. If anything changes, I'll leave another review. But as is...don't waste your time or money.
