After much research I decided to purchase this system as it offered most of the options I was looking for at a reasonable price. I did the install myself and custom fabricated my own stainless steel housings to mount the dome cameras in the locations as needed. Three of them were mounted atop on a 26 foot high metal tower well out of reach. I constructed a custom canopy out of stainless that covers the cameras from rain and direct sunlight plus this dome cover prevents someone from throwing a rope over the top of the cameras and yanking on them.After installing the new system I was working on the operating system and somehow locked myself out and was unable to complete the set up, after contacting ONWOTE Customer Support they quickly identified the issue and provided me with a code to unlock the system. After successfully unlocking the unit I haven’t had any problems, in facts this is camera system works perfect and I already have plans on expanding system.The customer support Team at ONWOTE are friendly, knowledgeable and responded without delay.I highly recommend this cost effective easy to install system and would buy it again.Thank you ONWOTE for bringing this well engineered professional grade security camera system to market!

System works great for my needs. I'm using it for residential purposes. In my experiences hardwired POE is the only way to go. I tried the wifi camera thin and they were always dropping the connection, terrible resolution, etc. This system records 24/7 with ability to setup notifications.The cameras have a great resolution and night vision is amazing. I was able to setup the motion detector zones to alert in certain places of the frame. For example, one camera loos toward the street. I have it set to not alert when a car drives by. The video is still recorded to review if needed though.The apps were somewhat difficult to figure out but don't stress about it. I emailed tech support and they got back to me promptly (might need to check the spam email folder for the reply). They were able to get my setup working. I messed up a setting that killed the app connection but they helped me fix it. It was just a couple of boxes that got unclickje din the settings. It took maybe 15 minutes and everything is working great again. You can hookup a TV monitor to the NVR, smartphone app, or app on a laptop.This is a great system for the money. I would purchase again without hesitation.

I have installed several NVR and DVR systems from other vendors and this is the easiest one to configure. The app is the best out there. I have had so issues from the customer so far, I can't say that for any of the other vendor apps. The cameras have a very good picture, day and night. The audio is not great, but it's better then nothing. I will continue to buy this companies products for installs.

Purchased and installed this kit in April 2020. Took a little time running cable up and thru my attic but not difficult if you have someone helping. Cameras came on line once connected to the NVR. Running two monitors. Had a couple of problems getting the NVR to connect with my router but Onwote has exceptional customer service support - problem solved ! Very satisfied with the quality of the cameras - ordered and installed two more. Very satisfied with the kit and exceptional customer service. Would not hesitate to purchase another Onwote product.

I have purchased this product and it works just great!! I had an issue with one of the cameras, and the customer service people took care of it very quickly!! I am impressed with their prompt response and bringing the issue to a closure.If you want a monitoring system for your home or business..guys this is the one to get. Once installed you can monitor from anywhere without any fees.Kudos to customer service as well they are excellent!!

The cameras that I have outdoor fog up at night, so the picture is not clear at night, so at night they are useless. By 9 am the next day they clear up!

well besides the fact that the unit shipped with Italian language installed with no place to change it, at least the remote language is English(minus 1 star). other than that these a really good cameras, good night vision, and you can zoom real time, easy to install phone app. so yeah good value.
