ASURION 3 Year Toy Accident Protection Plan ($175 - $199.99)

My experience was the absolute best!!! I did need help from an actual person because filing a claim online was a little tricky for me but OMG!! I called them and they helped me with such care and empathy!! It was fast and easy! No hassle!! No worry!! Thank you asurion!!!

If available, I always buy an Asurion protection plan on everything because it is a fail safe. You don’t always have to file a claim but when you do, there are no issues.

Very slow in processing claim but they eventually follow through. Processing claim took a little over a month.

The claim is handled fast and professional.

This product was used for a ride on tractor for children. The tractor stopped working after a short while, at first they wanted us to package up the whole tractor and wagon that goes with it and we explaned that we would need a very large box, probably the size of a refrigerator, then they relized it would be very difficult to return the product. They mailed me a complete refund for the product. I would highly recommend purchasing this product for your protection. It is very resonable in price for your protection.

so I just wanted to give a update on the extended warranty so I purchased a 3 year warranty for the drone I had so the drone it self had a 90 day warranty on it so I had a issue with the drone so I contacted Asurion about it they told me to contact the manufacturer of the drone and they took care of it so then now I purchased a new drone and still have the old drone that I don’t use but I still have the 3 year warranty for it and I was wanting to send it back for the refund that I received on the other drone I had so I contacted asurion about sending it back and hoping to get the refund on a gift card like the first drone and they tell me that this drone is not eligible for the refund it can only be fixed and if they can’t fix the drone they will send u a replacement drone and after having a low grade drone for a little bit u want to upgrade and get a better drone so this drone will be useless to me now after getting a better drone so if u purchase the extended warranty make sure you read the fine print before you purchase it because it’s not as good as it should be I should be able to send it back for a refund if I purchase the extended warranty so u can up grade to something better not the case u will be stuck with the purchase so I don’t recommend purchasing the extended warranty through Asurion

The process was a tiny bit frustrating because they asked for things I had already sent them and there is no one to speak to directly…but, in the end they paid out the insurance claim in full on my RC airplane.Worth every penny.From now on, I will only buy RC planes I can get on Amazon with this insurance!

Assurion wasn't able to fix my product so in a quickness they sent me a full reimbursement for my item through a gift card and I was able to add it to my account within minutes. Highly recommend them for insurance on any expensive products.
