It's sweet and it tastes good. So good that instead of my son opening his mouth so I can brush his teeth, he closes his mouth and sucks the flavor out of the toothpaste that I put on the brush.

Daughter loves it.
My daughter loves this toothpaste. She's 2 years old already and will brush her own teeth and tongue as long as this toothpaste is on the toothbrush. We've tried switching to the Tom's brand because our local Walmart doesn't carry this one but my daughter won't take it. So far the pediatrician said that her teeth look good but until she gets her first x-rays at the dentist, we won't really know how well it works.
