Redken Stay High 18 High-Hold Gel To Mousse | For All Hair Types | Provides Long-Lasting Volume & Body | 5.2 Oz

I had finally found a styling product that works in my hair perfectly. I have very thick, corse auburn hair and my hair stylist found this product and used it on me a few years ago and I've been using it ever since. I have naturally curly hair; however my hair on the top of my head is more of a wave, but because it is so longand weighted down by the volume, I perm my hair to help it spring back up. This product forms and defines the curls perfectly without frizz or crunch. A few weeks ago I was very disappointed to hear from my stylist that it has been discontinued. I don't understand why Redken would discontinue such a wonderful product that seems to be loved by so many. There are no other products that compare on the market. Please, Please bring it back!

2 yrs ago my favorite hair volumizer was discontinued. I have been so upset with my hair since then. Not to mention the money I have spent on products that don't do the job. Last week, I finally realized that the redkin 10 product was for medium volume which led me to explore and I find this. Awesome for baby fine hair!!! I have shoulder length hair. I use a big blob of the product after I put a little sea salt spray on the roots. I use it on the roots and all over. I blow dry the top of my hair forward and side to side and then flip upside down and then style. I use a lot- so it felt a little sticky and I was afraid I had used too much, but not the case. To set a little curl or get an area of hair to go a certain way, I use a little boost spray gel in area I want to curl and wind it around a round brush. Hair looks as good as it did with my favorite discontinued product. TRY IT OUT> PLAY WITH IT- I am certain it will work for you too.

What I dislike is if you discontinue this product while so many of us love it.What I do like is it is a wonderful product that works, my hair will hold its style in wind & rain, even after I comb through it. It’s just an all around great product!! Please keep it on our shelves.

I have very fine hair and I really like this product. It gives great volume and still stays softish. However, Redkin really needs to work on this dispenser. It is nearly impossible to control the amount of product that comes out. You have to push extremely hard on the nozzle and then way too much product comes out and is wasted. Please fix this dispenser, Redkin. Don’t do away with the product.

LOVE this product! It's the ONLY item that keeps curls in my thin hair.HOWEVER the actual dispenser stinks, as it is hard to push, then over spills WAY too much of the product at one time, thus wasting it.My ONLY wish would be that the company fix the dispenser.Thus the reason I gave four starts for "Value for Money" and "Easy to Use."The actual product is fabulous!OVERALL, I will forever use this product as it works. Seriously works! All Day!But, be prepared for a sad dispenser.

I read about this in Oprah's magazine. I'm 67 years old, very pale complexion, and grey & white hair. My "original" hair during my lifetime was always naturally blonde (and natural blondes have thinner hair shafts to begin with). Now, as I've aged, the strands are thinning (I HAD a lot of strands so it looked thick & full) and needed to find a way to accomplish this. Thought about going red (which would look natural with my white complexion & thicken up the strands) but decided to try this first (a whole lot less upkeep & a whole lot less money). It works well. Comes out like a gel and acts like a top notch mousse. Better than Pantene or other drug store brands I've purchased. It's pricier than other brands but worth it to me. A little goes a long way. Recommend.

My stylist recommended Stay High to add some texture and holding power to my hair. My hair is very fine, flat, and straight. This gives it some oomph and a little crunch if I add a lot. Helps hold style with fewer flyaways.It comes out of the container like a gel then it emulsifies when you rub it in your hands. Some other reviewers complained about the dispenser. I set the can on the counter and press the dispenser with my thumb. I have no problem getting only the amount I want. Will buy again!

I love this product! It gives my fine hair more body. I also like how the can dispenses a gel and it turns into a foam in seconds when you work it through your hands and fingers. It’s not too heavy either. My cosmetologist recommended this product for my fine hair. I was purchasing it from her until I found it on Amazon. The price is so much better than my salon, too. Highly recommended!

Only a dab of this product is required...making it a very good value for the money

Wurde mir vom Friseur empfohlen und zurecht. Wenn man Locken hat, kann man sie super Rausarbeiten damit. Die Haare werden dabei natürlich etwas härter aber die Locken halten gut. Wenn man nur leichte Wellen hat, dann bringt es nichts, außer man möchte einzelne Strähnen haben, was schick aussehen kann, aber Locken macht es nicht. Es unterstützt die vorhandene Struktur, mehr aber auch nicht. Preis könnte gerne geringer sein, aber bei Locken ein tolles Produkt - habe es mehrfach gekauft.

Llego mucho antes, es un producto que ya lo conocía y que se descontinuo en mi pais.Muy recomendable, excelente producto!!

Me gusto pro no ame este producto, me dejo el cabello muy tieso y cuando lo peiné sentí que me maltrato mucho. Igual le tengo que dar otra oportunidad pero la primera impresión no fue tan de mi agrado. Lo único que si fue que mis ondas me duraron casi 3 días, si buscas duración aunque maltrate un poco este es tu producto.
