Sierra Comfort Low-Level Portable Massage Table, SC-1004 (Black)

Bought this out of necessity because my wife had a stroke and we wanted to continue the rehab program at home. If you are like me I read all the one stars and was a little apprehensive. It's all a bunch of Hogwash (in my opinion).The table unfolds nicely and is easy to set up. The size fits great to keep in our living room set up so I don't have much to say about transporting. It does have some weight to it, as described, but it is a message table, not a TV tray. The padding is firm but comfortable to lay on. If you expect a pillow top mattress, this ain't it. If you want to take a nap on it, I would suggest your couch instead. I like that it is not too soft as it makes maneuvering on it easier, like flipping from side to side or on your belly. The height on this table adjusts to comfortably sit down on from a walker or using a cane. Once on I can sit on a chair or short stool next to it and go through our exercise program without breaking my back. The frame is lighter wood to keep the weight down but is reinforced with cables that hold tension once fully unfolded. This will hold both my wife and myself on it depending on the exercises we are doing. Not once have I felt I was over loading it. The support bars from front to back are quite thin tubing. If you think you can use them as a foot rest your wrong. But for supporting the legs vertical they do a good job. Again, this is a portable table, not a park picnic table. It is wrapped in pleather but seems durable. Keep the car keys out of your pockets and don't drag things across it and you will be fine.All in all treat it for what it is and you should get years of service out of it. Great investment, exceptional function ability and God willing I won't need it that long...

Was searching and searching.....and fortunately someone mentioned this table in their blog. I would have otherwise had an unusable for my purpose massage table. Product was pretty easy to put together (for a novice), and probably a piece of cake, for most. Major thing is that it works perfectly for my exercising and stretching. I kept with the default height and it's pretty perfect for me. I am 135 lbs and 5'7" and it is plenty wide and long. And not too soft!! Very very happy with this purchase and important piece of equipment. Thank you.

The table was very easy to open and stand it up. The only "assembly" was adding the two side metal bars that add stability to the table by using simply screw knobs. It is low and wide, just like I want. It is very steady and feels secure. I added a 2" foam topper because the padded table-top was too hard for me. Very happy with this table. Great price and value. Comfortable enough with this set-up that it could be aguest bed. I also added small felt sliders under the table legs to easily slide the table around to reposition it.

I love this table. It's perfect for exercising;the width is good so I don't roll off. However, the delivering handler tore a placeeon a corner. Should be handled with care. It's nice to fold up and store

This table is everything I hoped it would be. It seems very solid and sturdy. It folds easy and latches shut with feet on the side that the folded table will stand on and a convenient carrying handle.I bought this for back exercise. Personally I didn't use it much when I involved having to get it out and put it back away, but now that I'm able to have it set up in a convenient location I use it daily. It makes my back exercises super easy, comfortable, and convenient to do.This is no longer in stock but I'm still posting the review because this brand is still available. I don't recall all the tables I looked at. I chose this one because it was about as long as they come, and I am tall. It includes a removable headrest too. For my exercises my knees are bent so it turns out I don't need the head rest. It uses wooden dowels, that my son could probably break if he sat on the head rest, so I'm happy to not need it regularly.It is firm and comfortable which is exactly what is needed. This one is probably wider than others, which is certainly a preference of mine. I don't have to have myself on it just perfect or be mindful of shifting over as I might have to on a narrower model. My arms can rest to my sides. There's not much more to say about it really. It is exactly what I hoped for.I don't think it could store any more easily, but with a busy schedule any extra steps are almost too much. I have spondylolithesis. The exercises I do are rather simple, and even as I gain strength and do more reps I only need 10 to 15 minutes a day to keep it up. Having this table so I don't have to roll out a mat and get up and down from the floor really makes it so convenient that I not only have no excuse to not do them, I don't care to make any. With the table set up it's a great way to wake up actually because I have an excuse to lie back down for a little bit and feel good about it.If you have back pain there are probably exercises you have been recommended or should be doing. You won't regret buying this table, and especially if you can leave it set up somewhere and available for convenient use.

Perfect for my daughter's therapy and also very sturdy and easy and light enough to set up and put away on my own. Very pleased with the purchase and would recommend to others!

This was so easy. Unpack. Fold out the table. Input stability rods and you’re ready to go! Very stable. I’m a chunky guy at 212. Handles my weight fine. Seems to be quality built. I was watching a therapist video on YouTube and I think they were using the same table.
