This is a beautiful chair. It was easy to assemble until I had to attach the back to the base. The picture showed turning the back upside down and attach the base to it. That might be easy to do it if you have a 2nd person. I had to lay it on its side to attach, afterwards, easy peezy.According to the picture, the width of the base is the same size as my previous chair. However the unmovable arms and the red pieces that wing up have metal underneath and are not flexible and pinches my booty :( Expensive mistake for me. Time to eat moar salads.

I got this chair due entirely to the looks. I'm a huge Marvel fan. The chair actually does look great! But it's functionally AWFUL. I was promoted to review this following yet another heart-stopping scare from the lock randomly coming loose and causing me to fall backwards.I've been using this chair daily for 5 months. Here are my biggest complaints- The lock. You can click in this nice little bar to keep the chair upright (pretty standard). But this lock is awful. I cannot trust it to stay.-You cannot lock it at any angle other than upright. If you're leaning back at all, get ready to rock waaaaay back.-The screws simply do not tighten in all the way. This causes the pieces to be too loose. The screws in some places come out far enough to knock off the protective caps!-The angle of the back is not adjustable. Minor nitpick. But if you want to lean at all, ever, you don't want this chair.-Arm rests aren't adjustable, and neither is the height. This actually isn't a big deal to me, but someone reading this review may find this information useful.Here is the good-Looks great. Looks exactly like the picture.-The seat is actually pretty comfortable.I would be willing to look past some of these minor annoyances if it would just STOP throwing me backwards. It's a very basic, somewhat comfortable chair. But I hate it.

I've had this chair for the past couple of days and I can really appreciate the design details and how ergonomic it is. The leather material seems pretty high quality, and I haven't experienced any heat or sweat building up as a result of the leather. When I sit on it, my back feels well supported and the back cushion that comes with it helps with better posture. The Spiderman eye cut out on the back is a bonus design feature. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy to do, just make sure not to rip the instructions that are attached to the back of the screw packet. The one thing I have to note is that the screw packet comes with washers, but the instructions don't refer to them. Simply just use them on the bottomside of the chair when you attach the "controls" piece.

Bought this chair for my 14 year old grandson and I can only say" he loves it!!" He and his Dad assembled it shortly after receiving it on Christmas Eve and on Christmas day he couldn't wait to show me. So I was very pleased with the purchase. No complaints from my grandson or his Dad. I will say though that my grandson weighs 100 pounds so not sure how a larger person would feel sitting in it. It is good-looking,

Very fun chair to add a bit of whimsy to the office. Comfortable chair with a high back, and decent lumbar support. After the first week of use, a weld holding a wheel support broke off. Were very impressed with how quickly Neo sent replacement parts. The chair was repaired and put back in service quickly!

It looks amazing and encourages me to go into my home office every day! It's no the most comfortable office chair (I wouldn't take a nap in it which may be a good thing), but it is comfortable enough to sit in for 4 to 6 hours!

Great Chair. Looks awesome and is very comfortable.Also, main reason I wrote this is because their customer support is wonderful. When I first got the chair a small piece of one of the wheels was broken. After reaching out to the company they responded immediately, identified the problem after I sent a picture, and sent me replacements for all the broken pieces in 2 days. Not only were they quick, but they were thorough, polite, and super helpful.Great company, and a great chair.

I was under the impression that this chair reclines based on the picture, which is VERY misleading. You can tilt back slightly, but not as much as the picture suggests. That being said, it's still a great and comfortable chair so I'll be keeping it. The seller was very kind and accommodating about this issue.
