Starlight Beds - 2ft6 Small Single Mattress. Quilted Sprung Memory Foam Mattress. 2ft6 x 6ft3 (75cm x 190cm)

Received yesterday. Came rolled for easy transport. It also came earlier the expected. Downside is that it's not as thibk as I hoped it would be.. not sure if that's because it hasn't fully formed as yet, layed on it and it's surprisingly comfortable. Need to try it out at bed time. Really soft to touch. Believe this is a medium soft mattress. Based on first impressions I would recommend. I would say that when the bed arrives, open it straight away.. you could hear the springs popping then the whole thing busted open! The protective wrapping was all ripped under. Think that was down to delivery. Also weird chemical funky smell coming from mattress, in bedroom with Windows opened.

We bought two of these for new beds that we've built for our sons. Buying a mattress at this price we were confronted with a sea of mixed reviews, which was a bit worrying, however from the moment that we unpacked these I could breath a sigh of relief.They are soft and comfortable to lie on. Or eldest son reported the best night's sleep he'd ever had on the first night and nothing seems to have changed.When I tested it I couldn't feel the springs and I would have been more than happy to sleep on it. I'm 17.5st so I tend test a mattress well.These are really great value mattresses.

Bought for my son's new makeshift bed, built by my father. I was concerned about my son's comfort, so wanted a good mattress. He slept right through the night. Loves his new bed in his new room, so much so, that he kept asking to go to bed!!!It's been a month now and he's still comfortable and loving his "bed".On another note, the delivery was not so great. They said that they had handed order to the resident, when in fact they had just left it outside of my front door! It could have been taken by anyone walking past. Dishonest!

Wow!!! Leaving this review several months after purchase.For a cheap price to pay this mattress was a really bargain find. I was a little nervous buying a mattress from a website before trying but with the other reviews I thought I’d try. My mattress arrived early morning in a long cardboard box. I opened it and unrolled the mattress out, the springs make a popping sound as it opens up but nothing to worry about. Other reviews say they can smell chemicals but I slept on mine the first night and didn’t smell anything. It has a memory foam top and it’s sprung beneath. For the price you pay for a king size mattress you can’t complain. I found this very comfortable and couldn’t feel any springs still 3 months on.

Considering the cost, this mattress is value for money. It is on the soft side. Personally, I do not think it offers any support. The surfaces are padded, however if you run your hand along the sides (the bit you do not sleep on) you can feel the springs. I purchased this for my teenage daughter whose young bones do not require the support an adult does. Had I visited a shop and viewed this mattress in a shop, I do not believe I would have made a purchase. My advice, which I will heed in future - when buying a mattress, do not buy one online. To summarise - considering the cost, this mattress is value for money, however, you get what you pay for and when purchasing a mattress for an important element to your well being as sleep, go to a shop and try before you buy.

This isn't a good mattress, by any measure.- it has very few coil springs, so the whole bed wobbles - because there are few springs, the aupport is uneven - the foam layer is VERY thin, obvioualy guven the price.I wanted to buy an extra mattress to accomodate extended family this christmas. I bought this as it was the cheapest option, but it's so bad I wish I didnt. Do yourself a favour and buy a good condition 2nd hand, or if ita not for everyday use a solid foam (no springs) which will be significantly more comfortable.

Good quality mattress. Brought 2 for bunk beds. Delivery was a nightmare though. Pay for prime next day delivery but did not arrive. New bunk bed put up and no mattress. Kids slept on floor for 3 nights as delivery was 4days late. Not happy with Amazon response either. But mattress are good

This is a super soft mattress, for a small child it’s fab. Not sure a oversized adult would think the same though. Although I’ve slept half a night on it while my little one has kicked me out my bed because she wants to share mum and dads with her mum.For the money it’s good value
