Device worked as described, easy to install and worked as anticipated

I see that they no longer sell this item, but in case they start selling this item again, I hope this review helps. I have had this door lock installed for exactly 2 years since I moved into my new home. The handle broke off last week. Prior to last week, I would say that I was very happy with this product. It functioned well, and the batteries last a long time. However, I can't believe what I saw last week. The metal where the handle attaches inside the lock cracked and broke. That is some insanely bad quality if the metal can break like that after only 2 years. This was installed inside the garage, so it was not exposed to the elements. Just stay away. I now have to go through the trouble of finding a new door lock from a reputable brand.

One of the coolest products I've ever owned or even purchased from Amazon. I would recommend it to anyone because it's very easy install.

I purchased two of these and one of them quit working after two weeks. I've taken it apart and can't seem to figure out the problem. Too much trouble to try and send it back. I like how they work when they do operate, but having one of these go bad so quickly would lend me to not order them again.Update: 3/29/21 So far the second of the two I purchased is still working. So 50/50 chance you will get a functioning door lock. I still would not order of these again!

Not what I expected better easy to install nice looking feels durable would buy again

Quits working and has to be reinstalled to start working again. Key pad makes the sound like its unlocking and then nothing happens. Giant pain. Reinstalling it temporarily fixed the problem but it’s happened a dozen times since we installed. Will be looking for something else...

When we installed this lock set the handle never wanted to turn down to open the door had to lift the handle up to get in !!Now 3 months later it will not unlock!!Piece of junk!!
