Five stars! Easy and quick!
Very useful kit. Has everything you would need. It was so easy to replace my Xbox controller thumb sticks.

They work just like the originals
Good quality, looks just like the original ones. Installation was easy and the screwdriver they gave you works great to take the controller apart. 👍👍

Does not fit Power A Pro Fusion 2
To be fair, the company said it would not fit power A controllers, but a couple of reviewers said it would so I tried these I should have believed the company, it does not fit. I mainly wanted to confirm this fact to save others the time and money we spent looking for the proper replacements. FYI, you will need to find a “3D analog” replacement thumbstick for power A controllers. That said, these are a good value, seem to be of a quality consistent with the original parts, and come with all the tools needed to install them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Xbox controller replacement thumbsticks.

Used these on PS4 dualshock controller. They are more similar to Xbox One analogs but I like them.
I recently bought a used PS4 from someone and both controllers had left analog sticks with rubber coating worn down. I'm actually pretty used to using an Xbox One controller for Steam games on my laptop and didn't quite like the feel of the convex rubber on the PS4 sticks. If I'm continuously holding the analog forward to be moving forward in the game, my thumb starts to slide off of the PS4 rubber sticks, especially after it starts to get a little warm and, sorry to say, skin oil/moisture starts to accumulate between your hand and the controller. So I got these mostly to replace the original PS4 analog sticks that had the rubber wearing off on the sides but also because I thought I might like the feel of them better as they are concave and more similar to the Xbox One analogs.Unlike the Xbox One analogs, they don't seem to have any rubber on them, just plastic. But with the concave shape and the rough plastic around the edge, I don't feel my thumbs slipping off of them like my thumbs did on the original PS4 convex rubber surface. I like the grip that the rough plastic provides and don't mind that it feels a bit rough on my thumbs. They do sit slightly higher than PS4 analogs do and the only mechanic I found myself struggling with a bit was rotating them in circles quickly (You do this when fishing in Red Dead Redemption II). I still have a controller with the original PS4 sticks on them so I should probably do a direct comparison but I don't remember having any trouble doing the circles with those before. My guess is that the added height and smaller diameter of these Tomsin sticks that seem to be intended for Xbox One makes this circling mechanic a bit more difficult and it is not due to any defect in the product itself.Installing them is of course not the easiest. You have to take the controller apart. But if you find a Youtube tutorial on how to do this and you know what you're doing it's not so bad. All of the tools that came with this allowed me to do that. EXCEPT I did use the end of a paper clip to release the clips that hold the battery holder/tray (??) in place inside the controller. The orange, flat edge stick that came with these is too big at the end to fit through the opening near these clips. So anyway, yes, it says these fit the PS4 controllers and yes they do. But if you are looking for something similar to the default PS4 analog sticks, these are not it. These are more similar to the Xbox One sticks. That being said, I like them, and they work well on a PS4 controller.

Fits my PS4 Scuf controller perfectly
It's a perfect fit on a scuf controller, on which the sticks were chewed up by dogs.Simple enough installation. I'd recommend not using the tools provided to open up any controller, as they seem cheap, and the pry tool included was fiddly. That's to be expected with included tools, and isn't what you're paying for, anyway. Anyone buying these should have a good enough screwdriver, anyways. As for the sticks, they go on and work. They feel good in the hands to play on, no complaints there.

Good enough
Bought this for my Xbox One S controller. I had worn down my right thumbstick with my nail pretty bad and it never occurred to me until now to get covers. Anyway, this kit was easy to use and simple. I did have a bit of trouble getting the replacement to stay on at first but that could have been my lack of experience in putting these things on and not the product quality. After replacing them they felt a little gritty and stiff when moving them in all directions but DON'T WORRY if this happens to you it just needs to be broken into. It has been almost 3 months since I put in the replacement and they perform just as good as the original thumbsticks. This may be a bit of a hit or miss for some but the only little detail I noticed was that the pad where your thumb sits is different from the original. Definitely, a different material was used. I believe the original has a more rubber-smooth feel whereas the kit version is more of a plastic-harder rubber. This doesn't bother me since I now use covers on the thumbsticks. Otherwise a great kit for the price.

thumbsticks were too small for a PS4 controller
Thumbsticks feel great but we're too small for my playstation 4 controller. it would run up against the actual joystick part, and did not have full range of movement like it is supposed to.
