is this the walgreens one?

The one we sell is not the Walgreen's exclusive. Theirs come in a box with no accessories. The DST retail version (the one we stock) has the diorama display bases and comes in the standard Select packaging.

Is this a plastic or metal figure?

The figure is composed of hard plastic or poly vinyl.

Hi, I'm missing half of the diorama. It is pictured on the box?

The full diorama takes BOTH Maximilian AND the ‘V.I.N.Cent & B.O.B’ set The packaging should be more clear.

Does it comes with the extra head with eyes in it and the lighting effects?

Yes, it comes with an extra head with eyes as well as lightning effect parts
