It wasn’t as easy as I was hoping, but I’m 70 and nimble fingers and closeup eyesight are lacking. Still I got it done.It’s important to keep screws in safe separate containers. Some are very tiny and need to be picked up by magnetic screw driving tool. It is extremely difficult to get them lined up in the hole to begin screwing them in. I almost made a fatal error, when I thought I was done and closed it. It didn’t close completely and there was a distortion on the screen. I opened it back up and noticed I put the longer screw in the wrong hole. It was pushing against the lcd screen. Oops. The battery adhesive strips did not come out easily either, and I had to slowly pry the battery up to get it out. Despite my difficulties, it works great, and can actually go without charging every day.

My dad had an old iPhone 6s that wouldn’t hold a charge anymore so I decided to try my hand at changing the battery myself so my niece could use it. The video was pretty easy to follow. The kit didn’t come with the metal tool they used to break the screen free from the case so that made it challenging getting the screen broke loose with a plastic piece but I finally got it. The screws are super tiny but the screwdriver included was magnetized so it was easy to get them out. The sticky strips were a challenge for me because the video just put them on and didn’t explain how so mine where nowhere near right but it worked and hopefully the battery will last long enough for a 9 year old to play with! I was really very shocked when it powered on and worked like it was supposed to. It may not be in the phone perfect but cost me a fraction of what it would have to take to someone else to fix so I am very happy!

This kit has everything I needed to replace the dying battery in my iPhone 6s. I watched several videos, including the ones linked in the package, to get familiar with what to expect. Going slowly and carefully, I was able to replace the battery in under an hour. Before, the original battery was lasting about half a day before needing a charge. I've only had the new battery for about two weeks, but am easily getting over 2 days of normal use (texts, calls, games, FB, browsing, etc.) before needing a recharge. Very pleased with this purchase!

the battery health in my iPhone 6s had dropped to 71% and with iOS 14 possibly being the last update that apple might extend to this model, I preferred not to spend higher amount replacing the battery from the apple official cite. Instead I got this battery from amazon, which came with all the battery replacement tools and replaced the battery. Original battery in the phone had capacity 1715 mAh, while this one is 2600 mAh, so I expected it to supply power for a longer time. This has been performing well since 2 weeks now. Good battery replacement for the price.

After buying and liking the Galaxy S8+ battery upgrade kit, I decided to get one for a Nexus 6P phone with the notorious dead battery problem. So far, so good. Battery life is now better than ever and the phone is working great. This upgraded the original Li-Ion 3450mAh battery to a Li-Po 3600mAh battery. If the new battery degrades quickly, I will update this review. Otherwise, assume that this battery is continuing to impress!Feedback for the manufacturer: This kit comes with several unneeded parts and is missing a necessary part. Please remove the screen wipes as the screen stays in place during the battery replacement, and please remove the suction cup as the back is clipped on to the screen and has to be manually declipped with the blue plastic triangles, after which the phone practically falls open. Please ADD a small, thin and sharp knife blade. This is needed to "get an edge" for the blue plastic triangles to pry on. I broke the camera glass at the top rear of the phone because this part was missing. You can check out any of the YouTube videos to see the process and better assess the needed tools to supply.

Battery installation would have been a challenge. Fortunately for me, my son-in-law has done a few of these operations. The adhesive strips did not release from their backing and became unusable. With our own double-sided tape we were able to complete the installation. The tools that were supplied with the battery were very high quality. Son-in-law is going to keep them for future use, as they are better than those he had. Once everything was put back together, phone works like brand new. After first full charge three days ago, the phone is still at 72% charge. Admittedly, it is my second phone and has only had a few text messages and a couple of short phone calls, but I think that is good performance. I would recommend this battery.

Never write reviews but everything has a 1st so i purchase this new battery for my ip6s and it works but battery is not even close to what is advertised, i measure with a tool/app and capacity is only 2251mAh instead of 2600mAh as stated by seller, very misleading, only marketing, disappointed as i have bought several other for ip6s and ip8 and they were exact if not even more mAh than stated, and for this 1* only, i will return it back and will look for better one, hope this helps others.
