I bought this for my 15 year old son. He plays varsity football as a running back; he's 197 pounds. He kept cramping up in the middle of games even though he was drinking plenty of water. He drinks pedialyte 2 hours before the game and sips it during the game. No more cramping. The whole team now drinks pedialyte before the game. This flavor and the fruit one are the most popular flavors. My son says it 'reminds him of Gatorade especially when its cold only better for him.' His words not mine. I bought 2 cases from Amazon since he would be drinking at least 2 a week and they were the only ones selling them by the case and at a great price. Highly recommend! Not just for babies or small children with diarrhea. Also effective for big boys.

best flavor of Pedialyte. Genuinely tastes good. Fantastic for quickly hydrating when you're down and for replenishing electrolytes. I don't drink myself, but it is also the hangover cure. I keep a good stock of these in the pantry for various occasions. It is pricey but the alternative generic brands can't compete.

Good for dehydration. Keep some on hand. Tastes great as well.
