This has added much flavor to a lot more of my food. I have added it to many things now, and it enhances the flavor very well!! I use it for the Lumpia & Shanghai every time as well.

This is the something extra that gets added to a lot of Filipino dishes… drove me nuts when I was trying to recreate something I had at the office. Just buy it - it’s good.

Good product only issue is that the product exp dates is in about two months.

I really lucked out: Both of my brothers married Filipinas, and I've had the pleasure of getting to know both these ladies and their culture/cuisine. On a 2-week holiday visit with one brother, I was introduced to Magic Sarap -- one of those rare spice blends that works on nearly everything. My sis-in-law and I worked shoulder to shoulder preparing meals -- learning from each other -- so we always had a nice mix of midwestern US fare plus some great Filipino dishes.Since returning home to the Pacific NW, I've used Magic Sarap in meatloaf, sprinkled on chicken thighs before and after roasting, in scrambled eggs, in potato salad, in mashed potatoes along with some roasted garlic, and as a table seasoning to sprinkle on anything else (steak, grilled salmon, etc.). It just seems to enhance the flavor of everything it touches.I like that it comes in the small packets -- keeps it fresher longer. I got a good deal here on Amazon and will continue to purchase as needed. Really great find! Solid 5 stars from me: I love it, and use it almost daily.

Great value, and the mixture of spices are delicious. We like the Magic Sarap that has chicken fat as part of the list of ingredients.
