We absolutely love Heromask VR headset! The customer service alone deserves five stars. I had a complete user-error moment and couldn’t get things working properly, but the team were incredibly patient, calm and genuinely lovely. They sent clear videos, talked me through everything step by step, and never once made me feel silly. Such friendly, polite and supportive service from start to finish. The product itself is just as impressive. We bought the Languages game first and it was brilliant, really immersive and great fun to play together. As a free gift we received the Maths game, which turned out to be an absolute game-changer. It’s been fantastic for Year 4 MTC practice, making something that can feel stressful into something fun and engaging. Educational, immersive, and genuinely enjoyable, with outstanding customer service to match. I couldn’t recommend Heromask highly enough!

Good product. I would actually give it 3.5 stars because you can’t see in the app when you film/take a photo and one of the flashes is on when you are filming or taking a photo, otherwise the camera quality is pretty good and the sunglasses as well. Quality price is ok..

Excellent idea with some shortfalls that should be easy to fix and would give the product 5 stars instead of 3. 1) To make it a very useful tool the words should appear in written form - the game can be fast but side of the screen could be showing the last and the several previous words. This should be easy to do but would be of huge benefit 2) The voice saying foreign words should be louder (not sure if I've missed an option to make it louder) 3) The settings should allow for turning off non-essential music and sounds (again, I didn't see this option) 4) It should be possible to set the game to play it in a sitting position with minimum head movement - current form is fun but can be quite tiring. "Easy" mode with less throwing of the head around would allow for longer play and give more education value 5) Statistics at the end with list of words correctly guessed vs incorrectly guessed would be useful 6) Instructions should really be more step by step. We were not sure at which stage to out the phone in the headset and the piece of paper saying "put the phone here" was behind the divider (wrong position) so initially it didn't work - minor issue 7) It only worked on our iPhone and not on our Samsung phone 8) Graphics is ok but not top quality - that's less important especially given how affordable is the device Overall, we are happy with the purchase but fixing just a few of the above issues (especially items 1,2 and 3) would make it much better.

Very cool present for kids which even their mother enjoyed using! 😂 Only thing I wish it had more than 6 languages there. Wish it was way more. Like 20 or more! My daughter loves it and Im defo going to use it too

I bought this product as a Christmas present for my 7 years old child and he seems excited about it. He is stil exploring it but he says he loves it and he is looking forward to learn new stuff. I will rate it 5 for now.

I just activated it the game and tried it, it looks so entertaining especially for my 7 years old. Not sure if i can wait till Christmas eve, I am still thinking about it. I got as well a great gift, will keep it a surprise for you. Customer care answers in seconds.

My child loves this game so much, they never get tired of playing it. Every time they pick up their phone, this is the first game they choose. They laugh, they smile, and as a parent, it truly warms my heart to see how happy it makes them. This game brings so much joy into their life; it’s like their own little world where they feel comfortable and happy. It’s one of the things that brightens their day the most.

Sono rimasta davvero colpita da questo visore. L'utilizzo è semplice e immediato. Il prodotto appare di buona fattura e mio figlio si sta divertendo tantissimo. Non necessita di una consolle, basta inserire il cellulare nella consolle per vivere una vera esperienza immensiva oltre che educativa, visto che le due applicazioni consentono di giocare con le lingue straniere e la matematica. Consigliato!
