EXCELLENT FOR CRUNCHES AND TONING SOME PARTS OF THE UPPER BODY BUT...
Excellent product, ultra fast shipping. This product is just as described.. brand new. Ultra easy to assembly and no tools required. Everything you need is in the box and YES it comes with a workout DVD and for the people like me who stopped to do exercises and want to get in shape again, this is marvelous when you follow the DVD warm up and exercising. The only problem I can see here is even if you have a great help with the head support and the machine by itself is excellent, this is not for a fat person neither for a person who has a nice belly or a kind of belly on your body. I am not fat neither I have a tremendous belly on myself but I have some belly and I need to get reduced. I am guessing I will see results after a while of course but first day of exercising I don't feel any pain on my stomach muscles, so I guess I will keep this posted after a couple of months; but first impression Is good, not excellent because I know for a fact that when a muscle is well exercised and trained you feel some pain and you have too. I am a guy who had trained kickboxing for 10 years and has been 7 years without any kind of exercise so I know what needs to be done and I know that at first day you need o feel some kind of pain when you go back to training starting from zero. Si this machine did the job on the push ups and the Dips, even did its job on the lower and V crunches but in the upper and middle crunches I don't feel anything. and still a pain in my neck around my throat muscles. So I guess I will see later what's going on and I will post another comment or Update on my progression with this machine. One advice for everybody. If you are a person who is too much lazy or who can't afford for any reason to go to the gym every day. this machine can help you out for your upper body, well part of your upper body, but definitely this machine can do the job and I strongly recommend, get a thick yoga pad so then it will be easy for you; it doesn't matter if you have hard wood floor or carpet; a Thick yoga pad will help a lot, simply because bare floor is too hard and a carped will burn your skin with the friction of your body and the carpet or will make you sweat too much and after all you will feel uncomfortable. I can recommend this mat here where you can search like this in Amazon; just put the product number on the search and you will see it. Believe me this is the cheapest and the best one on the market.:B0094V1Y2Y. Hope this will help.

OK not great
This ab roller worked fine until you try and flip it over and do push ups on it.. Which its supposed to be built for? Its not. Well maybe if you were under 150lbs? I am 200lbs and the plastic stabilizers that are attached for this push up option completely snapped at about my 6th push up. Other then that as simply and ab roller it works great. And i still use it for that purpose.

Actually works
Well, I admit it. I usually buy this kind of thing and don't use it, either because it does not work or it is too difficult to use. This thing really surprised me. It is easy to assemble, lightweight, and best of all, the darn thing works! Watch the video to see the proper way to use it and you will be amazed. No kidding. It takes all the strain off your back and puts the effort right where you want it...on the abs. Great product.

It SLLLLIIIDDDEESSS
Pros: The shipping was great and it arrived early. Assembly was a breeze and all you needed to put it together was supplied in the box. Construction is actually kind of sturdy as long as you are less than roughly 170 lbs. Otherwise, it looks like it is bending outward when flipped over and being used for dips.Cons: It won't stay in one spot and will slide around like a skater on ice not matter what the movement. If you happen to have a yoga mat - no yoga towel over it - you may get it to work properly without it taking off on you resulting in poor isolation, improper form and a frustrating workout experience. I was miserable on carpet and again on tile. I repeatedly re-positioned with nearly every attempt to roll up until I grabbed my own mat.

So far so good
It works, you can feel the burn. It's easy to use so you can feel free to actually look forward to the workout! Head rest is a little uncomfortable, otherwise than that it's all good. Would definitely recommend!

I'm 6' 4", and the size is fine for me.
I'm revising this review after having worked with this product almost every day for a month. Because I have a bit of arthritis in my neck, I prefer having some neck support when I do crunches. This device works well for that.I assembled it in 15 minutes. I'm 6' 4", and the size is fine for me. Some of the comments on competing products say that they are not big enough for taller people or even for relatively short people. There was no such comment on this one, which is why I chose it, and I'm glad I did.I also like that it's sturdy enough that I can lean on it to help get up from the floor. (I have a bit of arthritis in my knees, too.) I think it's a fair price for a useful piece of equipment. It certainly meets my expectations. One quibble and some tips. As you bring your head back nearly to the floor, the device will tend to slip forward effecting its position relative to your neck. The main solution is not to go all the way back down to the floor, but only allow your shoulders to touch the floor. This is not too great an imposition since many people do crunches just like this anyway. I've also found that if I grip the crosspiece with my hands and rest my forearms on the vertical members, I can more easily control the device if it starts to slip, that is, when I go back further than I intend. When the rubber surrounding the bowed part of the apparatus is in contact with the floor, it doesn't slip. It's when the metal starts to make contact with the floor that the rubber loses its grip due to a net loss of friction. The manufacturer could address this by extending the rubber a few inches further along the straight part of the bowed piece. As much as I've written about slipping, it was more of annoyance when I started to use the device, but now that I know not to go back too far and have changed how I grip it, I barely perceive it as a problem.
