This product after using it about 3 weeks my blood pressure is somewhat lower, I have to see my medical doctor to adjust my BP meds due to taking both beetroot and prescription meds my BP is going too low, that is a good change after medication adjustments, I recommend this product, for the cost and the dosage for the pure organic beetroot you can't beat it
