This is a great product for Samsung m2020 black laser printer. Here is a tech tip if you run into a popup screen informing you that the printer is out of ink after loading the ink.US005sm.exe file found in Window 7-64 C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3I found a file called us005sm.exe that was popping up and I relabeled the file name to xx or ff or rr or anything but us005sm example xxus005sm.exe.This stopped the popup screen from informing me the printer was out of ink when in fact if was full.When the printer runs out ink the prints will look gray or streaks and lines in the print, you should add more of this toner or shake the cartridge side to side and it may start printing without extra ink.You can also search C:\ drive for us005sm and find it this way depending the operating system you maybe running.

If you have upgraded to Windows 10 please do not purchase this product. The one star review isn't that the refill kit is bad, it works great and I had no issues refilling the toner cartridge. The problem is that Samsung is now reading a chip in the toner that says it is empty no matter the actual capacity.I suspect that this chip is actually just counting the number of prints and when it reaches a pre-determined limit set by the manufacturer, it will report empty and the driver will not send any additional print jobs to the device.The printer still works fine under Windows 7 and I suspect that it would also work under linux using cups but I haven't tested that. The frustration has more to do with Samsung incapacitating a device and forcing me to purchase their consumable components.I would rate the seller and manufacturer of the refill kit 5/5 stars, but I can't suggest anyone who uses Windows 10 to purchase.

The process was a little messy due to my lack of familiarity with the process, but it works very well and saved me big bucks

Very pleased with the quality and ease of refill ability of the Samsung cartridge. Product produces high quality copies... as good as the original toner. Will purchase again.

just got my package today, three days after ordering. I had already watched the youtube video and it took me only about 20 minutes(10 minutes to shake out old stuff) til I was printing again. Quality is comparable to original toner at a fraction of the cost to replace the cartridge, just an amazing deal.

fast shipment and good price.The only thing is in the instruction to reset printer fault is not exactly same as print setup manual, maybe need update.
