Livestream changed their minimum requirements for the software. I can no longer run the software on my Lenovo P70 laptop as it only has a 4-core Xeon processor. This software worked fine when free , but the software did not work when the dongle was added.Be cautious Livestream will not refund the product. I spent hours with tech support. Come to find out it requires a minimum 6 core processor, even though the box says it works with a 4 core. Also, I found out it is not usb 3.0 reverse compatible. I am using an Inter I7 processor with 8 megs of ram and that is apparantly not enough power. Really?I really wanted it to work but it just locks up my computer. This was purchased directly from livestream on their website.Be cautious about the specs and return policy. This software only works with the dongle which is hardware. but they don't do any refunding if the product has been installed on a computer. Even though returning the dongle would make the software non-functional .If you need to use their software stick with the free version.Buyer beware.

Been having issues with our stream ever since we got Livestream studio. I've had a ticket open for 6 weeks and every 2 weeks I get the same message: "Can you provide us more information about your workflow and devices being used?" I've been detailed every time outlining everything including model numbers of every piece of equipment used. Can't believe how little they care after you spend over $700 on their software. I've heard WireCast is better. Might be switching to them instead.

Advanced high tech live streaming software for high end work!

This company is a joke... they charge you $80 a month in addition to the software... they are pushing for a TV-based customer, not new media and the features are also starting to become buggy and outdated!Honestly, there are several cheaper and even free software that will work just as well as long as you have good hardware!
