Griffin Streamline Armband for iPod nano 3G (Silver)

I found myself in the market to replace my Belkin IPOD armband (the Velcro began separating from armband). I knew that it would probably be cheaper to just buy another one, than to try and repair it. Afterall, it didn't have to be especially cute, but practical and functional. Since I am planning a family (beach) vacation for the summer, I PLAN to start working out (my motivation being a vision of me in a bathing suit). But I ALSO know that I need something else to motivate and inspire me....so listening to music or an audiobook will definitely do the trick. The Griffin Streamline appears to be perfect for my 3rd generation Nano. Believe it or not, I wasn't wrong or disappointed. The Streamline is reasonably priced, and definitely does the job. It even looks a lot like my first one (Belkin), with the exception that the portion that surrounds the face of the IPOD is framed by hard plastic. This is the only thing that I would warn the consumer about....over time, I could see the hard plastic that surrounds the face of the IPOD cracking. Anyway, I haven't had any trouble selecting or manipulating the IPOD. The only drawback is the fact that you have to turn the Nano upside down so that you can access the earbuds and charger. The Nano fits snuggly in the case and doesn't move. The armband is adjustable and comfortable. And because I don't really sweat, I don't think that I will have to worry about the condensation collecting, around or behind it. The pack is slightly padded and appears to offer just the right amount of protection. With the exception of having to flip the device upside down so that you can access the cords, for the price and for what I intend to do with this product, it is absolutely perfect.

I use this for my i-pod for every run. Useful and foolproof; my one wish was that they put a small hole at the bottom for what I call the "safety" ie the switch that keeps the ipod from turning on - lost the battery charge one day when I couldn't (or didn't) put the safety on. Aside from that, it's a great product and much more durable than other similar products I've used for this

I bought this to use running and it worked pretty well. My only complain is that I always keep my nano in an external case which didn't fit into the sleeve for the product. I can't say I'm surprised, but it is a little but of a pain to have to remove it from the case to fit it in.All-in all, it fit well and the band was large enough and fit snugly enough for running. I would recommend this if you're still using the old nano like I am.

This is great for a low cost iPod Nano 3rd gen. I think it is difficult though to change songs on it with the hard plastic cover (but in return has good protection, the velcro is fine and can last a long time. Good buy and worth the money.

Let me start by saying that for $3 this product gets one job done right and that is holding your iPod around arm while you go for a run or for what ever purpose you may have to keep your ipod close. Not to much of a issue but let me point out that it is difficult to navegate through your ipod while it is in the armband case, you have to take out the ipod to easily navegate through your ipod. Another draw back it is that it is difficult to take the ipod out once it is inside the armband. Like I said earlier it gets one job done right and that is holding your ipod securly around your arm and that is it. If you are looking for something better look some where else but if you are a guy like me and just needs something to securly hold a 4th generation ipod securly around there arm this is a good prouduct.Pros:*holds my ipod securly while I go for a run*keeps my ipod from getting wet( have not tested in full rainny run but tested on a light rain shower.*$3 and free shipping through amazon!Cons:*difficult to navegate ipod while inside the case*difficult to remove the ipod out of the case

This item is very very useful. I use it when I'm working around the house or in my home workshop. Also use it was the gymn. I haven't had any issues with moisture or condensation.

Fits my iPod nano 3G great. It's comfortable to wear. Wish it came in more colorful options.

I have a 3rd generation i-pod and needed an armband in order to listen to music as I workout. I found this armband on Amazon at a very good price,it seemed to fit my need. I decided to buy it and it is what I wanted. I use it for my workouts and while working in the yard. The velcro band seems strong and holds during activity. I am very satisfied with the armband.
