A few months ago my two cats got trapped in my bedroom for two days while we were out of town.. they chose my brand BRAND new mattress extremely expensive mattress as a litter box. I've tried so many things to get rid of the smell. And at this point, they were set in. And I mean I tried DEEP DEEP cleaning products specifically for pets, shampooers, etc. Last night, I sprayed this on like a regular fabric refresher and the next morning I could have cried because there wasnt any smell at all!! You could not even smell the lingering scents of all the other cleaners I've tried. I will forever recommend this to everyone who owns a pet. I have no idea how it works and I really dont even care!! You will not regret having this in your cabinet for any emergency. I will say I can't speak for actual stain remover as my mattress is dark blue. But really, I could care less! Buy ittttt

Took a chance on this stuff, because the stuff in the store just doesn’t work the best. This stuff WORKS!! Smalls great and is tough on stains. We recently adopted a puppy and are currently potty training. We’ve had a few accidents and this stuff not only removes the stain but also deodorizes the smell. Just spray the spot let it set a few minutes wipe it up and that’s that.

First of all I love the fall spice scent! It's not very spicy but it is so nice to be able to choose something other than mint or floral. It is a little strong though but still a pleasant scent! We have a male cat that is neutered that sprays on things sometimes. We have tried everything to get him to stop. Medically he is fine, so we are assuming he smells the feral cats outside in the neighborhood that comes up to our doors sometimes. I have tried a lot of brands that claim to get rid of the urine odor and most of them don't work! So far this spray seems to clean the cat pee very well! Definitely works better than any other brand I've tried! I have only used it to clean up cat urine and cat throw up but it cleans the stains and the smell. I don't smell any cat urine after using this. I usually clean the area with it and then wipe it up and then spray it again on the area and let it sit for a while before I wipe it up again. My only complaint is our cat is still spraying. I'm assuming he can still smell the places where he has peed even though we can't. But that's just an assumption. He may still be spraying for other reasons. Overall this is my favorite spray to clean up cat urine now! I'll definitely recommend and repurchase.

I LOVE this product it is super effective of removing stubborn odors and stains as well as being one if the best degreasers I've had the pleasure of using .I do not have pets however my cousin does of course I tell her to use it she bought this and a couple other items from sunny and hunny and the house went from cat spray alley to neutral to nothing . Now when a scented candle is lit you smell the candle and not the oud to alley cat scent . If you have issues w grease gunk and odor get this you will not have regrets.

There are not enough stars for this product. I tried everything to get the smell of cat pee out of my sofa. Nothing worked until this. It lives up to the hype!!!! Saturated the area, left it overnight, I put my nose in the sofa cushion the next morning and the smell of pee was gone!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Update: As you can see below, I was initially thrilled, but I just steam cleaned my carpet and the spots that I had sprayed with this had a lot of residual residue coming up. Residual residue attracts MORE dirt and grime. A friend who owns a carpet store told me years ago that, when steam cleaning, only use a mix of white vinegar and water to avoid this. I've steamed cleaned the carpet twice and I'm still seeing it. I have to go over those spots for a 3rd time and see what happens. I've removed this item from my Subscribe and Save. I bought this for dog smell only. I don't have any pet stains so this review is about how the product works against dog smell only. The minute that I walk into my house and smell 'dog' I freak out. The dog gets washed, along with all the dog beds. The carpets get steam cleaned. It's a ton of work. And, it happens about every 4 months because, well, I have a dog. She doesn't roll around in gross stuff. She just starts to smell like a dog. I did research and discovered enzyme cleaners. I've never heard of them. This product was recommended so I said a short prayer and gave it a try. AMAZING. Febreze has nothing on this stuff. After bathing the dog, I cleaned the fur off of her beds and sprayed this stuff on, instead of tearing them apart to throw in the washer. They weren't dirty. They just smelled. After an hour, the smell was GONE. It wasn't covered up. It was gone. You know when a spray is just covering a smell for a short time. I moved onto the carpets. After reading that this doesn't leave a residue, which will trap more dirt, I sprayed it on the 8x10 rug. After an hour, the smell was totally gone. I didn't have to steam clean. I'm only upset that I didn't know about this stuff sooner. The time and work I could've saved. I just added this to my Subscribe and Save and tossed the Febreze in the trash. I love lavender. It's relaxing. I'll be using this for more than dog odors.

Really glad for the inner seal! Got this in the mail today. The outer plastic was broken and the lid was halfway unscrewed. If it weren't there, that would have sucked. This is my second bottle, the rest of my review is glowing. Just a comment to the manufacturer to keep that inner seal for shipping. I'm going to be transparent here with our carpets, and mattress. I had a senior dog with CKD, and a puppy with giardia and coccidia who had trouble holding one end and eventually the other. Health issues made potty training much slower than usual. I've tried a dozen cleaners and was ready to give up and accept that they were ruined. Anyway, I WISH I took photos of this. I'm so used to cleaners not working that I didn't waste the time. I used this on a newer, white mattress our puppy had an accident on. He had very intense smelling urine, like boys tend to do. It not only got rid of the smell but it also cleaned the stain. I soaked it like others suggested and left it to dry with some fans in the room to help. The next day it was gone. My brother was taking the bed because I was moving. I told him of the stain and asked him to smell it since he doesn't have dogs and is pretty sensitive to smells. I wanted an unbiased review. I pointed out where it was, and he couldn't find it... and he tried. I've been using it on the carpet as well for new stains from the puppy and old stains from my senior dog with CKD. It eliminates them. The older stains I can still see a little discoloration, which isn't surprising, but the smell is still gone. I use the spot carpet cleaner to get up any wet spots, soak the area with the spray, scrub it a bit with the brush, use the carpet cleaner again to pull up excess. It suds when you scrub so I do add a bit of water from the sprayer end of the carpet cleaner (not much), let it pull up excess suds and put a fan on it to let it dry. I don't have it suck up all of the cleaner like I would with others to get it as dry as possible, so the cleaner can penetrate a bit deeper. I also let old stains sit for 2-3 minutes after spraying it the first time. Since old stains are not wet, I do soak it more. There was also one puppy poop stain hidden behind furniture that I found when our puppy had giardia and was pretty much going everywhere... and it cleaned that, too. I've seen some commenters say not to let it sit in a carpet cleaner because it eats away at it plastic. I have not had this issue, but I do dump and wash the container once a week and use the backflow valve to clean the hose. This is my second bottle so I'll try and get some before and after pics for the next stain I find and update my review later. I haven't noticed them coming back up like urine stains always do, either. Hope this helps someone.

Holy cow, I did not think it would work (my cat peed in my car on the way back from the vet) and it's summer time and it's disgustingly hot. Had to wait 3 days for it to get here and thankfully it worked like a charm. I literally dumped about a cup of it on the spot where he peed and when I got in my car to go to work today (almost a week after the pee incident but the next morning after pouring it on the spot)--- IT WORKS. Not only did it get rid of that putrid cat piss smell, but it sort of smells like basil in my car now - which I love. Anyways. I'm just glad I finally found a product that works.

Didn't love how this worked. Cats were accidentally locked out of their litter room by our house sitter and peed/pooped in the spare room for a couple of days (who could blame them) and used this after seeing positive reviews online. The stains weren't old, I applied VERY liberally considering the price and found the scent to be quite artificial (which I was surprised by after seeing the reviews, but 100% does not smell like real lavender) and I found I needed to reapply in several spots. Some of this is because I didnt saturate enough for sure but others were and it didn't FULLY get rid of the scent. Like I would smell the slightest lingering of cat pee. Anyway won't be buying again as for the price it wasn't quite effective enough.

This is the best company ever!!! Their customer service is second to none!... my puppy had been using my rug as a personal loo and would bring stinky toilet paws in from outside, I tried a leading brand to no avail however the first time I used the spray I used it on the carpet and floors and returned from work to find my house didn't smell like a dog urinal for the first time in months, it's smells minty (like toothpaste) however even if you don't like mint it is 1000% better than the smell of wee and it does get rid of the smell not just mask it,I have a very sensitive sense of smell and there is no underlying pong, even though my dog is now housetrained as he is long haired he still brings in smelly wee feet so I still use it, I also sprayed it on the patio and it did the job, no waft of poo from outside....I have purchased the carpet cleaner also and will leave a review once I have had time to get the machine out.... I will 100% purchase from this company again....well priced products that work!! Amazing customer service and after sales what's not to like!

We have an old cat who had an accident. After much washing we threw away our hall runner.. however the carpet still smelled. When the heating went on and the lingering odour became more apparent, my younger cat decided to add his smell to the carpet. No amount of washing and rinsing removed the smell. After much research and understanding that an enzyme based remover was the only option we purchased the miracle remover. We drenched the plasterboard, the skirting, the wooden shoe box the underlay and the floor. Left it to do it’s thing, then rinsed it off. The stuff smells of a minty Forrest, it’s very pungent and I would recommend that you have a window and/or door open when you do the initial spraying. The cat smell has gone, even from the plasterboard, which is simply fantastic because that was the most smelly bit. The minty Forrest smell remained quite strong for about 4 days and sometimes I thought I could still smell a faint cat wee odour. However we are two weeks on and both smells have gone. This product does what it says it will. I’m delighted that it actually worked. It is well worth the money, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. For the first time in months both cats have stopped sniffing around the accident site... so they are are the biggest advocates that this brand works.

I was ready to throw out a 12x10 Chinese wool rug as nothing stopped the smell from my Dog. He repeatedly returned, despite supervision, and added more so the ammonia smell built up and was dreadful. I even resorted to using polythene sheeting to block him but the smell just built up. ...a loosing battle. Well, as a last ditch try I used this over a couple of weeks on the top then a week later on the back and then repeated so it had opportunity to work then dry out....i was amazed. The rug is back in full use with no evidence of evil smells passing the direct nose test and the dog has not revisited for some months since I last sprayed. It might seem expensive to purchase on the face of it but it is so worth it and ultimately the cost is nothing given the cost of replacing a rug. It is simply wonderful not to have the stench that even steaming or bicarbonate of soda or washing powder could not touch Oh and the colour is back to pale green. I can not praise this enough.

Sunny & Honey's "Pet Stain & Odour Miracle" did indeed clean & de-stink my kitchen floor tiles, & discouraged the dog from peeing there -- unfortunately, the dog decided to pee on the lounge carpet instead...
