SpeckPresidio Pro Slim Fit iPhone 11 Pro Case - Coastal Blue/Black with Camera Protector

3rd one I have purchased for my teen...enough said! Strong yet minimal. Excellent matte grip without being sticky or slick. Wears like iron.

This is the most protective case I've ever had. I've dropped this phone countless time, on every surface imaginable, and there's not a single scratch on it. All my previous phones with different cases have been cracked on both sides during my ownership, but not this phone with this case. The only problem is, the matte outer layer starts coming off after a few days, but I just went ahead with a spoon and scraped it all off for a nice shiny look. Cosmetically, it's not the nicest due to the peeling but in terms of protectiveness this is the best case ever.

Phone fits in snugly and feels good in my hand

I have dropped my phone several times in this case and have had no damage to my phone. However, the matte coating on the case peels off after a little bit of wear. Once big chunks are gone there is not a good grip on the phone.

I don't understand how this product has this many 5-star reviews.My original review and update are copied below. Less than 5 months in, the matte finish is pretty much non-existent all over the case, not just around the edges. Holes have appeared in the middle and every day more and more hard, shiny, icky plastic takes its place. The rubber parts are no more durable than the aesthetic covering, as the one above the charging port completely fell off (see 1st update) and the little black bumper things on all 4 corners have also started to fall off and peel away. There is a crack in the hard plastic of the case as well, as you can see in the second picture. Overall a really shoddily built case and not the quality that Speck should have after being in the industry for so long (my iPod Touch from 2009 had a Speck case and survived a ~15 foot drop from my balcony. Apparently this case can't even withstand normal-medium heavy use).I do my fair share of handiwork and hiking, etc., but the majority of issues I've had with this case seem to be just "normal" wear and tear from coming in and out of my pocket or sitting in my dashboard car mount. I had OtterBox cases for a looong while (it took over a year for my last OtterBox case to look like how this case looks in less than half the time) before, at the recommendation of NYT Wirecutter, I got this case. However, 3 weeks in, the matte covering of the plastic has started to peel all around the case. Structure is not affected, so that’s goodUpdate. Getting rid of another star, as the little piece above the charging port has fallen off. I typically have problems with this piece in other cases, but never as quick as with this one. The matte coloring of the back has continued to wear, exposing the shiny hard plastic underneath. Not the best look.

Somewhat harder than the original silicon-based cases that started to fall apart rather early, and still easy enough to hold the phone, with good access to the side buttons. Attractive colors, good price.

The case's outer coating has been progressively peeling away due to normal wear. It started about a week after I bought it and has got worse and worse. The case has protected my phone from a multiple drops though.

Solid and clean design, not too bulky.

The media could not be loaded. the soft touch plastic finish has very quickly started eroding and i can see the hard plastic underneath i would not recommend this case
