The moment I start getting the symptoms of a common cold, I'll take 5 or 6 drops of pure Oil of Oregano in a shot glass full of warm water. This stuff kills so many unwanted creepy crawlies in the human body, I'm surprised it doesn't get better press. Smells great, too!

Really potent and highly concentrated. I use it with coconut oil to oil pull.Watch out how much you put if you put on your skin. Once, I burned myself with it, it is that potent!

My daughter has planters warts on her feet from walking around the pool. She’s a lifeguard at our community pool. Well she and 6 other guards got planters warts. I am certain this oil is high quality. I am supposed to take 3 drops in warm water and I have been doing that, however, the oil is so strong it leaves a burning feeling on my lips and in my mouth. Of course, It doesn't really burn. I think I will try putting it into capsules and get it down to my stomach where it belongs.

this stuff has kept me healthy and off antibiotics for years - i put 4 drops into a bowl, with boiling water, and inhale. but i don't quite understand what it means by 'not ingesting'. is inhaling 'ingesting'. its pretty strong stuff so dilute with olive oil.

Good clear and strong scent. I used this for my diffuser and on my sore thumb (arthritis). Look up the reasons for use. Love the glass bottle. Very good.

This stuff is strong so be careful using on sensitive areas. But overall I'm happy with it.
