Works with Android!
First, this thing works perfectly fine with Android. Dont believe what the description says. It works and has a link to download the app in the manual.It may not win any Academy Awards for 8K HDR video, but its not supposed to. It is certainly good enough to clearly see what needs to be seen! The adjustable LED brightness is a fanatastic feature.Looking behind computers/appliances, under heavy furniture, in drains/pipes, inside walls, around a car engine, etc. So many uses that it's a must have.The minimum focal distance is a couple inchs, so its no good for looking in ears or noses and I probably wouldnt recommend it for performing a self-colonoscopy! hahaBut other than that, the semi rigid cable (with 16.4 ft at least) is a MUST have.Good endoscope at a great price.

Gets the job done.
Camera function itself and the camera itself is good but the USB to type c adapter is absolutely garbage. Would buy replacement immediately. It's stiff enough to run about anywhere

The short focal distance was not indicated on the specifications
This camera is very nearsighted (4-8 cm) This makes it limited use only for very close work. A concave lens should have been included with the kit to allow for longer viewing. The rigid cable wants to rotate at the entry to the USB module - extra care needs to be made when handling this end. The round mirror used used for right angle viewing should be oval and is not very good quality - the clamp and mounting makes it harder to adjust. On the good side, this camera works well with the Camera app that comes with Windows 10. It works very easily as a USB plug and play device. Good image quality.

I suppose it depends on what kind of device you use it on.
While the company that makes it has good technical support. This did not work on my Samsung S9 Plus. The Google Play app apparently does something. But when cable with camera is attached to my phone...it gets no picture or video. The CD I am sure would help if my Computer had CD access. Really wanted this to work.

Great value for a snake camera.
Great value, but a little difficult to set up on my smart phone. Saved my buns when I dropped a bolt into a spark plug hole.

Just a tool
It took a couple minutes to figure out how to view on my computer , but has a nice picture. Want to use it to look through the heating ducts, as they are 65 yrs old, just want to see if they're ok.

it works pretty well for a 10 dollar camera. but
it loses all focus in a plumbing pipe with water in it

Just does not work
The camera simply does not work from the start. The device is not recognized by my Windows 10 computer as a valid USB device. There is no phone or chat URL of the Tech Support who one could call and discuss the issues and possible resolution. The only thing you could do is just return it back.
